Absolutely outstanding customer service from start to finish. They arrived exactly when they said they would, finished when they promised, and the quality of their work was exceptional. My property requires a large commercial-grade system due to its size, and they handled everything perfectly.

The engineer was professional, polite, knowledgeable, and refreshingly honest. There was no upselling, no inflated prices, and no trying to sell us things we didn’t need. They quoted us for exactly what our property required, nothing more, nothing less.

Brilliant. At first I was sceptical as their emailing system wasn't working so I had issues confirming the appointment but they themselves were very professional and knowledgeable. The job was done the very next day.

Valdi, Igor and Krys were complete professionals, meticulous in their workmanship. This may have been the reason for the project over-running - or perhaps there was pressure from other jobs - but the end result is terrific. Valdi has an imaginative solution to everything, which sometimes means we had to trust his judgement, Minor criticism is nothing to do with them, but the original quotation for such a large job felt a bit lacking in detail, and we weren't confident at first that everything would work. But all's well that ends well. And thanks to the guys again.
