No indication of time of arrival except 7am - 5.30pm. Called number and AI voice itnwould be 3.30. He arrived at 2pm.

Boiler service.
Engineer arrived on the date agreed to service our boiler. Didn’t get his name but he kept us fully informed as to what he was doing and fixed a pressure issue for us.
Did an excellent job and everything is working well.

The fast track team were really helpful & quick to keep the progress moving, Laurence in particular was helpful with making the process as quick as possible & Indy at WJP was great with explaining the process. The men on the day who installed were friendly & the whole process was very smooth.
