Quick shipping ... great price ... exactly what our PTO needed for our Color Run Obstacle Course Event.

There was no real personal contact. I had a lot of trouble getting our logo on the straps. Last year it was a snap. This year after several attempts and a lousy online experience I got my order. I only opened it today.
No logo.
What a waste of time. We still use them but wanted and were willing to pay for the logo

The price for blank wrist bands seems a bit high.

Good print quality and easy to order, but band colors are not accurate. Ordered what was clearly gold on the computer, received orange bands. Like neon orange.

Great service as products. The only glitch was receiving someone else's order. Quick turnaround fixing the shipping error. Good thing we ordered with a week to spare.

Not what I was expecting, I was expecting more of a variety in color.

I like the price but thought the set up fee was too high especially considering I was using your online design software and not sending in a file which would need prep. When receiving the wristbands, I didn't know that only one side would be colored with the underside being white. We had ordered black, so obviously the white stood out a lot. Also the orange print on the bands was very dark. I was hoping for more of a fluorescent orange that would "pop". It wasn't very opaque and the black could be seen through it. I expected them to be a bit thicker as well. Overall they were effective, but probably wouldn't order again unless I knew the set up fees were going to be less since I'd be sending in a custom file next time. And I would like the entire band to be black with more vibrant printing on them.

Unacceptable deliver process as well as a horrible description of color.

Simple. Affordable.
