Absolutely shocking!!
Ignored all emails and phone calls - aren’t registered with legal marketing service meaning my mortgage is about to fall through. Lost my personal and sensitive data which is a GDPR breach. At this point haven’t completed any work except taking my money - so at this point have defrauded and stolen my money.

Weeks in this company have decided they are unable to handle our remortgage.

Do not use this solicitor. Incredibly rude staff, impossible to get hold of and never reply to emails. To top it off they changed their company name a day before the busiest completion day of the year of which nearly caused our completion to fail, leaving us homeless for the weekend. Thankfully our sellers solicitor stepped in to help us to let us have the key on lease, as ours was no where to be found. Requesting Halifax to blacklist this firm from their recommendations.

I have worked with Emilybeth Britner and Mohammed Amir but it was a disaster. Do not use this solicitor as they have been negligent on their duties and have made a wrong transfer to the seller solicitor so my completion did not went through to the date that it should. It was a complete hassle, from the mover that had to keep my things in their van for 3 days and I had to pay massive charges and to all the emotional stress and panicking that I have went through. This is a nightmare. I am suing this company.

Nice and easy remortgage, site could have been clearer, but mostly easily understood.

Used this company by my banks recommendation and regretted it. Wasn't contacted directly by our solicitor until they requested the first payment following our details being submitted through their web link provided. Later we were informed by estate agents liaison that the solicitor no longer works for the company and named the new case worker they'd been provided with by receptionist. No contact made by him for over a month following this and very limited information provided by the receptionist on the rare occasion that we managed to get through on the phone.
With 4 weeks remaining to complete on the sale we waited 3-7 days between email responses with scattered phonecalls with promises that we'd be contacted shortly after. We were not. I was reliant on emails on the final week due to work commitments and still managed to call in to respond to voicemails however rarely got through and even rarer to be passed on past the receptionist. I requested to talk to whoever was in charge but they were apparently unavailable. I requested they contacted me and received nothing in return. Then comes deadline day when calls and emails came pouring in as they scrambled to get things in order. Fortunately two colleagues stepped in that last day to ensure it even went ahead at all, given I had all but accepted that their complete lack of communication and overall etiquette would dissolve my chances of getting my desired property.

Quick and prompt in their communication and got things sorted quickly
