Its not so much what went wrong, more about whats changed in the last few years. WR Partners as they are now called just isn´t cutting the mustard, they used to be friendly,personal and on the case....but with staff changes at the top they have lost their edge, I have been dealing with a problem that has been in their hands for two years approx, the problem is essentially of their own making, it is pass the parcel time and now its gone from one senior person who left perhaps 18 months ago to another who has recently left to - OHHH who is holding the ball now? ....... disappointing and sad the firm is declining and I have paid for a service and in the process am around 1000 pounds out of pocket with WR saying we have done all we can .... is this acceptable, do you trust a company who produces such a result, they are book keepers who should totally reliable

After many years with the company, I have made the decision to move to another accountancy firm.
This was based on financial reasons as the fees charged were unsustainable.

James Clark did a brilliant job for me. Understood exactly what was required, didn't blind me with jargon, and really helpful. Always responded promptly to emails and was a pleasure to deal with. Thank you.

I cannot begin to express properly my thanks to Jenny, Charlie, Simon & everyone else who has worked and supported me at WR, I have had to navigate some significant career changes involving difficult & often scary financial decisions, my team at WR have been on hand to advise, listen, support & just generally make things easier throughout and it’s been a process over a number of years. Thanks in large part to them my plans have worked out as hoped & I will always be grateful to them - I cannot recommend the team in Shrewsbury highly enough
