Good start, but lot of work to do...
We "bought" the product to fulfill our needs for the ability to make bookings through our website. While it basically does the job, a lot feels like it was not intended to be for renting out accommodations.
You cannot adjust the pricing scheme from mobile, it is just not possible. And for rental managers, that is really important. They claim the're working on it.
Also, there's no pagination, so if you have a thousand objects, they will all load at the same time, which is not very performant.
Basically, the idea is good, but it is not finished and build from a developers point of view, not a rentals manager's.
Customer support is sufficient, but the lack of good documentation is also making you wonder what every option does. That would not be that important, if the feedback of the application was good. But, for example, if you try to upload a .jpeg instead of a .jpg, the application says that there's an error. What kind of error. And why is .jpeg not allowed as an extension, and allowed if we rename it to .jpg?
It is that kind of missing detail that makes that the application is rushed und unfinished.
As a developer, I like the way the js can be plugged into the website. But the SOAP web API feels really ancient. I thought they only use SOAP in Spain :-)
But, I can get the accommodations, although I had to do a lot the get it in a form I could do something with it. So better an API that is hard to use, than no API.

Even though we don't completely agree with all your points, you do mention a few fair ones. We are continuously working to improve our application including improvements to some of the points you mentioned.
For example: We're launching a mobile planning board (backend) within a couple of weeks.
