Given that the company advertises a “satisfaction guaranteed” policy, I reached out immediately to request a refund. Despite clearly explaining the issues and my dissatisfaction, my request was denied. A guarantee should mean something, and in this case, it felt completely meaningless.

What followed was months of ongoing frustration. Communication with this company is incredibly difficult—there is no accessible phone number, and responses to emails are slow, inconsistent, or nonexistent. I was repeatedly told, starting in early February, that I would receive a credit. However, it took nearly three months and approximately ten follow-up emails on my part just to get any resolution.

As of April 18th, I was finally issued a credit—but only for $30, despite my original order totaling $80. This partial resolution does not reflect the extent of the issue or the time and energy I had to spend chasing a response.

Overall, this experience has been exhausting and extremely disappointing. Between the poor product quality, lack of accountability, and very difficult customer service process, I cannot recommend this company. Customers should not have to fight this hard to be heard, especially when a satisfaction guarantee is advertised.

I strongly urge others to think twice before ordering from 123Print.

I was very happy with the birthday cards I recently ordered. The colors are very bright and the paper is of a nice quality. The online chat was very helpful to solve one area of the custom formatting that I was having trouble with. I recommend this company.

The cards were beautiful. I would have just like a slightly larger font, which I will try to have the next time.

I love the printed product. But every time I order greeting cards, I do not get enough envelopes to match the number of cards I ordered. I end up going to the store to buy more.

I was not happy with the way some of my napkins turned out. I paid over $200 for my order so I was expecting much better quality. 2 of my designs had a solid blue background. When I got my order, the blue background had white lines running through it! It looked like the printer had run out of ink. I was surprised they would send me an order like that after paying so much. The order also took a very long time. My wedding is now in 36 days so I dont think I have time to get better ones from somewhere else. Very disappointed

I had a last minute change with the delivery address and the customer service was able to have it changed very quickly. I also received confirmation via email. I was very appreciative of the professionalism of the staff.
