I have done their Bachelor echo course .This is a very practical and truly informative course.It is very much well organized and easy to learn.It is useful in every stage of your career from beginners to even consultants.I would highly recommend their courses.Very well done Mr Binder and His 123 Sonography team.Great Job indeed.Looking forward to do the masters course soon.

I recommend this great site to anyone who is interested in making the first steps in the field of echocardiography, as well as for those who are advanced in echo but still want to be better.
Years ago, as an internist, we had an echo machine in our department, and I started many times to learn the basics of echo from books and youtube videos, but I lost my enthusiasm very soon, and I felt I could never learn this. Then a colleague of mine showed me 123sonography, and I decided to attend first the bachelor class, and then masterclass. It was like magic! Then I could really start to practice on the echo machine, knowing what to look for, what pitfalls to be careful about, and how to improve gradually. Of course I had to practice a lot in real life, but now it was real fun, I could say I got addicted :) I still love echo and I can't count how many patients I helped with it, although I'm still not a cardiologist, but an internist who uses echo whenever it seems helpful. Since my first steps, the website itself has grown very much, and even if you are very advanced in the field of echo, you will find your field of interest, including spackle tracking, transesophageal echo, etc. I think the biggest value of 123sonography is that here you can learn while having fun! Thank you for this!

Presentation of the material in lectures in an accessible form, correctly placed accents, in General, I liked everything, everything is excellent. It is with great pleasure listened to lectures on the pathology of the aortic valve. If earlier I had to collect information bit by bit, then in this lecture I found answers to my questions, your lectures correctly selected keywords, so you immediately understand the problem and how to solve it, avoiding mistakes. The only thing that seems to me, you need to add to the lecture about the pathology of AV, this is to tell in detail about the method of removing the right parasternal window, and also show the calculation of the area of AV. Also, I would like to get more information about displaying non-standard accesses. In General, it would be great if you, Thomas, created a series of lectures on the methods of inferring standard positions and non-standard Windows in ECHOCG. It is an amazing and very interesting and professional learning in echocardiography.The advanced echocardiography master was very useful for my surgery.

Excellent video presentations which really help to bring all your knowledge and experience together. Also you give very useful tips of how to deal with real life problems we may have when scanning a patient.

I have completed Pocus diploma.
All diploma must include preliminary chapters like basic physics, instrumentation etc.
