It is always a good idea to be more specific and honest in your feedback. You had purchased a bottomless portafilter (included with a large 2 cup filter basket) for your La Pavoni lever espresso machine. You did not buy the machine from us. You placed a call into our call center inquiring about the manufacturer of the basket. As you are advised in the terms and conditions of our web site and agreement during the sales purchase, we do not provide any support on parts purchases and you were further advised over the phone that our supplier does not reveal who the manufacturer of the basket is.
Hence, your feedback is pointless because you were not completely honest with your generalization and insults about our customer service being untrained and incurious. Lastly, please let us know when you are capable and have the çomplete knowledge of handling phone inquiries on the fly of the 8,000 parts we stock. We may consider hiring you.

I've only used my new machine for a few espressos, but I'm quite happy so far. I used a La Pavoni machine for 10 years and I found the transition over to the Lelit machine fairly easy and straightforward.

Excellent service. No where else I could find the part I needed for my machine.
I needed a group gasket for my Bezzera espresso machine and could not find it locally. Other websites either was hard to identify the part on the online catalog, did not have it or would not ship to Puerto Rico. 1st-Line Equipment had an easy to navigate website and fast service. Will recommend.

Good service as always
Recently placed two orders for parts. They were shipped and received in two days so I could fix my machine and get back to espresso! The 1st-Line website had the accurate information for the parts I needed, and the combination of product support information, customer FAQS, and YouTube videos made it possible for me to diagnose my problem (actually had two parts wear out at around the same time). My only issue with the website is the inability to look up parts by number once I find them on the diagram. I had to scroll through all parts in the Lelit section. Not a big burden, but not the best use of the latest website technologies.
