Amazing doors and always admired by friends visiting. When they were installed the tradespeople were efficient and tidy and helpful. Just had a service as door was sticking and it was fixed without question and without charge. They arrived on time and were super professional and thorough and doors now perfectly working again. CANNOT RECOMMEND MORE HIGHLY!

Rollers failed on sliding doors after 8 years
Efficient replacement, no questions asked
Can't fault their honesty and service

From start to end this company has been great to deal with. We ordered 6 ft floor to ceiling windows for our dormer loft. We had Aly come out to measure and ensure what we wanted works in the space. The fitters came onsite and got the job done swiftly. Although we did have a minor issue with the window opening mechanism Dave and Paul came out to fix it promptly. Took them less than 10mins. Overall very happy with the quality of the window, the workmanship was excellent. Will definitely use this company again.

Was happy with our recent installation with 1st Folding Sliding Doors. They happily agreed to send somebody out for free when a change needed to be made to a cill

Fantastic service, even five years after installation. The lovely Daniel and Jenny came out over the weekend to fix an issue. They went above and beyond to repair the problem, including replacing parts that hadn’t broken to future proof our door.

Really pleased with the doors and the customer service is excellent!

So impressed with the excellent service provided by 1st Folding Doors when our eight year old bifolding doors had a problem. Jenny was super efficient booking an engineer to take a look and Dan the engineer was wonderful, explaining the problem and fixing quickly (and is a super nice guy!)

We've always loved our doors - they look fantastic and work brilliantly and now we've had a problem resolved so efficiently, I can add fabulous customer service to that.

We had an issue with the mechanism on our sliding door; Dan came out the same day we flagged it, and made sure it was secure, and ordered the replacement parts to arrive as soon as possible. Very professional and clearly knew his stuff - couldn't ask for more really. Excellent.

The appointment at the showroom in Surbiton was very informative and useful for us to decide what doors and windows we needed. We met Seble at the ideal home exhibition and her knowledge and warmth made us return back to this company. Seble gave us lots of time and patience which was quite rare in our experience with showrooms.

1st Folding Sliding Doors installed a bifold door for us over a decade ago. When one of the handles snapped and a replacement couldn't be found, they very quickly sourced and despatched an alternative and provided installation advice. It works perfectly. Very grateful for their efforts.

Very friendly and professional service provided by Daniel. Good clear explanation of the issue with the door and how it would be fixed.

Seble, in Surbiton office was amazing! Thanks to her guidance, knowledge, recommendations! She is like an interior designer and gives you the best.

What a pleasure to deal with a company that cares about their product and the end result for the client. Ally (surveyor) was pragmatic, knowledgable and always positive when faced with a possible tough/tight site delivery. I always felt confidence in what was promised and so it turned out. The sliders have transformed our interface between house and garden. Just solid, well built beautiful doors & roof. The installation team were again just superb in every respect. A pleasure to have them in our home. I can't recommend this company more highly.

1stfoldingdoors sets the gold standard for customer care. When faced with a door emergency, Jenny and Daniel swooped in at 8 PM, demonstrating unparalleled dedication. Daniel's swift diagnosis was impressive, providing an immediate temporary fix.

The real magic happened the following day when Daniel arrived with Paul for the full repair. Their visit showcased a level of craftsmanship rarely seen today. Paul's meticulous approach, combining engineering precision with genuine care, went above and beyond. He not only fixed the immediate issue but also fine-tuned other components, ensuring everything was perfect. In an era where quality often takes a backseat, Paul's commitment to excellence was a breath of fresh air.

1stfoldingdoors doesn't just install doors; they restore faith in exceptional workmanship. Bravo, and a heartfelt thank you to this remarkable team!

The guys who came to install the doors did so with good humour and great skills. True professionals.

In an age that seems lacking in customer service 1st Folding is well and truly the exception!
Jenny communicates brilliantly and organises the team professionally, providing great customer service. When the team arrive giving you advance notice of their ETA whether alone or in a group they are polite, professional and super efficient in fixing issues or general maintenance. If you need doors, windows etc this is the company you should choose above all others. Thank you 1st Folding.

Great behind the scenes organisation and a first rate service

I will recommend 1st Folding Sliding Doors to anyone looking for windows. I have done my whole house's windows with this company 8 years ago and I am incredibly satisfied with the product. I recently had a problem with one of the doors and they supplied me with a new part and a professional staff member to replace it for me. Please don't hesitate to choose 1st Folding for your house.

I had a great experience getting a set of broken bi-fold doors fixed.

Jenny prioritised the repair because the doors could not be closed with Dan doing a fantastic job of releasing and then fixing the door.

The repair did require a second visit to supply and fit an additional part but I was kept informed about this and the appointment happened on time.

Thanks again Jenny and Dan!

We had a repair to be done under warranty. Jenny and Daniel have been great throughout from booking to punctuality to executing the job. Polite, fast, efficient and punctual. Very pleased with 1stFoldingsDoors service and their product, which is of excellent quality.
