Amend 2290
There should be a way to amend the 2290 form through your website. Even if it requires a supplemental page that allows the taxpayer to provide the reasoning for the amendment. I really do not understand how I can completely alter a VIN but not remove one if needed. This may be industry wide, but if 2290.asap was the first to offer this, it would be a game changer for your company.

First year I contacted customer service and went over the application together to confirm that I'm doing everything correctly, since then it takes me minutes to complete 2290 form. Helpful & easy
Once your account is set up, reminders are sent to remind you when to file. A discount is offered when filing. When in your account go into the year you are filing, follow the prompts. Within a few minutes you have completed your filing. You get a confirmation within 10 minutes. Your done. There is a separate fee for using 2290ASAP, but they make it easy.

Prior year prefill is great
The ease to pull in prior year information is great. I do not like that a change cannot be made on vehicles brought in from prior year. Change from Waived to being used.
