Installe tous les jours le navigateur Opera sans mon consentement. Le SAV contacté ne fait rien et la désinstallation nécessite d'utiliser le mode "sans échec" car impossible autrement. Bref, c'est devenu un logiciel malveillant et pénible que je déconseille fortement.

Más que un simple antivirus, lo siento como una herramienta que cuida mi privacidad y me ayuda a que todo funcione con fluidez. Me aparece el cartel de amenazas de virus. Cuando voy al análisis del antivirus no me aparece nada.

I never even chose to install this thing. It came bundled with another program and snuck onto my PC without me realising. That alone tells you what kind of company this is. Honest companies don't need to sneak onto your computer.

But the real nightmare starts when you try to remove it. You can't. I'm not exaggerating. The normal Windows uninstall does nothing. The uninstaller won't run. It sets itself as your main antivirus without asking, turns off your existing protection, and then blocks every single attempt to get rid of it. I wasted hours on this. Safe Mode, killing processes in Task Manager, downloading third party removal tools. Why should any normal user have to do all that just to delete a program? This is exactly how malware behaves, the only difference is this one has a website and a support email.

And look at their replies under all the 1 star reviews on this page. "Contact our support team", "we have a dedicated uninstallation tool". Think about that for a second. They openly admit their software needs a special tool just to be removed. Normal software doesn't need an escape tool. That's not an accident, that's how they designed it.

In my honest opinion this whole thing is a scam. Get onto people's computers through bundles, make removal a nightmare, and hope people give up and just live with it. What they're really taking from you is your time, your control over your own PC and your trust. Just read the other reviews here. People are factory resetting their computers and reinstalling Windows from scratch just to escape an "antivirus" they never asked for. That says everything.

If you're thinking about installing this, please don't. Windows Defender is free, already on your PC and actually leaves when you tell it to. If you're already stuck with this thing, boot into Safe Mode and use a proper uninstaller tool, because the normal way is a dead end on purpose.

And to the company, save your copy paste apology reply, nobody believes it. Software that fights against being uninstalled is not security. Never again.
