Beware. My sister bought 3 bracelets and only received 2. After not being able to get a hold of them for 2 weeks, she gave my mom and I the 2 bracelets. I some how got a hold of them via email (no number) and now they are demanding I send a picture of the package...which was opened by my sister...to see if the package was damaged (which it wasn't). Haven't heard back from them since i can't take a picture of the package. TERRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE. They are thieves!!!

I tried reporting this CHINA company to BBB but they can't take the file of complaint. I should've read ALL the NEGATIVE reviews before placing my order which I've never received NOR my refund. Stay away from this company!

I absolutely LOVED my ring! Looks exactly like the picture. Great quality. I’ve received several compliments on it.

I don't even want to leave them a 1 star review. I ordered a necklace for my step daughter. Cheap and doesn't even lay right when she wears it. HORRIBLE PACKAGING. They just thru it in a plastic frame and shrunk wrapped it. Necklace was all tangled and looked horrible when I recieved it. Tried to get with customer service and all they Said was yea package is cheap nut it's the meaning that counts. REALLY! THATS IT. THEY ARE A SCAM AND KNOW IT

I have ordered 3 different rings from 37 jewelry and I love their merchandise. It is well made and as advertised. The delivery time is very acceptable and customer service is helpful and gets you answers. I will order from them again.

I have seen this in other reviews, "I wish I would've read the reviews before...", and here I am, warning the same. I received 2 rings and a necklace and they're not even worth the postage to send them. China or not, IT SHOULD BE AGAINST THE LAW TO ADVERTISE STERLING SILVER OR 14K GOLD OR EVEN STAINLESS STEEL AND RECEIVE JUNK!!! I BROKE OUT IN HIVES!!! I CAN'T WEAR JUNK!!!

The necklace that I ordered was beautiful and exactly like I was expecting. I had a question which was answered promptly, and my order arrive on time. I was happy with my purchase.

I was skeptical at first that this was a scam, but after communicating with Alice she helped reinsure me that my piece of jewelry was on its way. I finally received it and couldn’t be anymore happier with my purchase. The ring is ABSOLUTELY BEAUTIFUL!!!!

I have bought from 37 Jewlery for myself and as gifts. I have always gotten so many comments on the pieces. Everyone has been thrilled with their gifts!

Ordered a bracelet for my wife back in February 2024.
Took them forever to fill the order was emailed a tracking the was to be for USPS took it to the post office in our town the postmaster told me it was not a valid tracking.
I have contacted this company several times by email get the run around.
I have requested several times for a refund but to no avail.
My opinion this company should not be allowed to do business in our country.
They are very deceiving in their business practices. Take my advice stay far away from them

I really love the I Survived Phoenix Crystal Necklace. I got it in color orange and have received many compliments on it. The I Survived Phoenix Necklace with the light blue stone in the center is OK. They only offer it with the light blue stone but I wanted to get it in my birthstone color. Of the two I prefer the orange one coming up out of the fire as opposed to the light blue one with the phoenix flying. The necklace box that the orange necklace arrived in was very nice and quite unexpected. I think they only offer it when you buy the dish with the necklace, but the box felt like satin and was very smooth. Overall I was happy with both necklaces. My problem with their customer service was that there is no phone number to call for customer service and no live chat. Everything is by email so you frequently have to wait at least one day if not more to get an answer. I was trying to reach them in December in time for Christmas but I had to wait too many days for answers to my questions. The answers came too late for getting stuff here by December 25. I would order from them again, though.

I have sensitive skin and 37 Jewelry doesn't irritate me. Ive purchased earrings, necklaces and body piercing jewelry. Highly recommend, you won’t be disappointed!

I ordered several photo rings as gifts for Christmas and one for myself. They came out beautiful. They looked just as pictured on the website and everyone who received one loved them. They were gifted in memory of relatives who had passed. The only thing I would have changed about them would of been to add a coating over the photos. They were printed on the ring so if you aren't careful you will scratch the image or mess it up if you stick your hands in something abrasive while wearing it. I did end up coating mine with uv epoxy over the images to preserve them. I also ordered 2 bangles that were on clearance for $2 each and the quality was AMAZING! I couldn't believe they were priced so low.

My girlfriends & I love the special meaningful jewelry line that your company represents ! When looking for a special token to share when dealing with grief & a loving memory or happy celebratory momentous occasion, you are well represented there ! Even something we haven't even thought of at times!

Item is beautiful and wears great, great value and quick on the shipping, received product in 5 days I was very suprised!!
