Ordered December 7th, not delivered

If I could give a zero I would. I received a memorial ring of my dog who passed away and I may as well bought one from gum ball machine. Not even a day in it was turning my finger colors and the pic of my dog began peeling. I brought it to an actual jeweler and he said it’s a cheap piece of garbage basically. Do not buy from them! Thy definitely have not heard the last from me.

I absolutely love this ring! It took a long time to receive but was beautifully packaged!

I love this bracelet! very sturdy and a nice compliment to an outfit! I thought it make break quickly from readjusting but has lasted very well!

The quality and finish are both very good. I accidentally lost a gem, but luckily they promptly sent me a replacement.

Ordered a ring on Nov 8th it's Dec 23rd no ring apparently its in New york waiting for a label and has been there for a couple weeks was gonna be a Christmas gift but to late now.

Gorgeous ring, I've been looking at it for a while and finally decided to get it. It arrived in a beautiful box, size was spot on, and looks stunning on.

These people are crooks they have had my money for a month talking about another 12 to 18 days gave paypal a fake tracking number that's was on there a week saying it was at a place that's only 5hours from me and refuse to give my money back DONT DO IT .

I ordered the my tribe brackets 4 of them still haven’t gotten them … bbb says they are not a reputable company … really sucks got best for 47 bucks

The birthstone ring is a little smaller than I expected, but still beautiful. It fits perfectly on the hand.

I have been unable to find a phone number for this company and unable to get a response to my emails. This says a lot about this company

At first experience wasn’t great at all and in fact, after it hadn’t shipped for so long I emailed them and kept getting the same automated response as a lot of other people were getting in the bad reviews written about the company. So I panicked, and really, that’s too bad because the ring was here today a couple weeks late but it’s here and it’s pretty. It has a few little things that I would rather it didn’t have like some corrections that could be made but they are minor. I apologize to 37 jewelry. Even your packaging was just awesome. Thank you.

The product was damaged, but they refunded my money.

I waited over 3 weeks for my order and the quality is ABSOLUTELY unacceptable. The gold looks cheap like the ring is right out of a gumball machine and the craftsmanship is non-existent. There is a HAIR in the top coat covering the picture over the right side of the boys face - THIS BOY DIED!!! This was a memorial ring for his mother!

The picture does NOT match the proof i was shown at check out, the black in the boys shirt is faded and the picture is super pixelated.

This is horrible!!!! I can’t give this to my friend.

Their company should be ASHAMED to advertise high quality results when in actuality you send customers absolute trash I would be embarrassed to wear or give as a gift. The dollar store has better looking rings. I am beyond disappointed.

Ordered 2 bracelets on November 20th. As of today 12/16...the package has been sitting somewhere in New York for 2 weeks. A week ago I researched the company and discovered this is the norm. Apparently these Christmas gifts will either be repurposed as birthday gifts next year or a $65 lesson to not believe in every Facebook advertised business.
