37jewelry company is a complete scam! Purchased an item online for it to never be delivered! Emailed them directly for them to give me some bullcrap run around and that's it! Highly not satisfied. Do not waste your time and money!

My dying husband ordered me a silver ring and we received a cheap fake gold looking one. I don't like gold. Contacted support and was told they will not replace my ring or refund me instead I'm more then welcomed to order another at a discounted price. I have no extra funds and this is ridiculous. Can't return crap, especially when you email and get no help?

I ordered a birthstone bracelet. 2of the 4 stones are the wrong color. I have sent several messages for instructions on what to do. Finally received one message that said that sometimes stones are different sizes and colors! My 2stones are not the right color at all.

Had to email the company and recieved a reply shortly after. Great service and absolutely love the product I purchased

The remembrance ring was the complete opposite of what was shown. You can't read the name on one band and the "stone" was just a chip of glass. It was suppose to be the February birthstone. Talk about a scam! Folks this is it!

I wouldn’t really call these “huggies” unless my definition is wrong. Fine as medium/small hoops but not what I was looking for.

I wouldn't even give them 1 star but I had to to leave a review.SCAM. They don't send you the product but take your money, lead you along saying here's tracking # , etc... TOTAL SCAM

Ordered a ring with my grandchildren’s birthstones on it. Received wrong birthstones and tried to get an exchange or refund. They wouldn’t do either. Buyer beware.

The ring is advertised as Sterling Silver. The ring I received is not sterling silver. I would be interested in receiving another one that is sterling silver.

Ordered the 3 stone bracelet in sterling silver. It is NOT sterling but silver paint that rubbed off the minute I put the bracelet on. The stones looked plastic and painted as well. Contacted customer service within 24 hrs as website states to contact with 48 if there's any problems and they would issue refund/return code. Back and forth emails with customer service requesting refund and all they offered to do was send me a replacement. This is cheap, poorly made in CHINA, (package shipped from china) contrary to what their website states. After my 3rd refusal to accept another bracelet in exchange they sent a reply that suggested I not return it because it would take over a month. But stated that if I provided them a tracking number they would refund my money once they received the item in Shenzang, China. So they expect you to pay $100 to ship their $2 bracelet back to them to get your $40 refund! Do not waste your money on this junk!!! Its a SCAM!!

So first of all not Sterling silver. Stones were tiny and product not what it looks like on website. Sent them a message to explain my reaction to the difference between what I saw and what I got. The stone that was most important to me was march's as my son born in march has passed away. It actually just looks like a piece of rock.

I ordered 5 rings from this company. The two that were silver were fine but engraving is very faint. The three gold ones have all lost there color after 2 days and again the grading is very faint. Sizing and design of ring is the only thing it has going for it. I understand these are costume jewelry but inhave purchase other gold costume and never had this issue. So all I'm saying don't expect the gold finishes to hold up.

I used to order from this store all the time. but gradually the quality deteriorated. Return and exchange at the expense of the buyer. I won't order from this store again.

I absolutely love this ring!!!!!!

I wish I could upload a picture of my daughter's name on the ring.......it's invisible! I found it by feeling a roughness in a spot and looked with a magnifying glass under a bright light. The rings are pretty but don't expect to see your loved one's name with the naked eye. Very dissappointed.

My order arrived in my town and post office said it was the wrong address when it wasn’t and returned my item and now they refuse to refund my money!
