The goals look amazing, can't wait to get them in use this coming weekend.

Unlucky this time.
I have ordered a Referee's kit but unfortunately they didn't have the shorts in stock. However they contacted me via email to inform me about it. Although, this time I couldn't get what I wanted I would say they were proactive and they informed me about the shorts not being stocked. I give them 5 stars for his prompt email to inform me if I would go ahead with the order or not. That's what I call a excellent customer service.

I have used 3Q sports for my boxing team for the last 8 years now and will continue to do so.
Jack and Charlotte have always been extremely helpful and go out of their way to help select and design the product each season. The prices and turn around time are always great too!
I highly recommend this Company.

Very Good Service, But Product Quality Issues.
I purchased a side blind for a Pergola. The item arrived badly scratched along full length of aluminium casing. A replacement was promptly sent, but this wasn't much better. Another replacement was to be sent, but withdrawn after staying the whole stock was damaged. Not ideal to send out stock of this quality, and makes me wonder if 3Q had purchased these as 'seconds'. That said, Charlotte at 3Q was excellent in dealing with and resolving my issues and I can't fault her.

We’re really sorry to hear about your experience with the product quality. In this case, we ship the side blinds directly from our supplier (Reydon), so we don’t physically inspect the product before it’s sent out. Unfortunately, it seems we were let down by our supplier in this instance.
Please rest assured, we do not and will never sell 'seconds.' We take the quality of our products very seriously and are addressing this issue with our supplier to ensure it doesn’t happen again.

Accidently ordered the wrong colour tracksuit trousers (navy instead of black) emailed them straight away as only way to contact but the happily corrected my mistake without any hesitance.
