I ordered some stockings for Valentine's Day, they were black with red hearts. According to the website they had plenty in stock. I also asked for 2 day's shipping. After not received a tracking email on roughly the third business day, I contacted them through email asking what was the status. The told me that they were sold out of the stockings, and asked if I wanted a different color and style. I do not appreciate that they do not contact me right away after the order was placed, and they tried to pass off another style in brand as if it was the same

I purchased the cutest shoes, and when they arrived, they were damaged quite badly. I contacted 3 Wishes, and without hesitation, they told me they were shipping me a new pair, and to toss the damaged pair. Both pairs arrived right on time, and the new pair were stellar.
