I always prefer to wait until the end of the customer journey to post a means tested, accurate review, not limited to the product(s) alone. I have had multiple transactions over a two year period with 4x4HQ, I have always found their responses very time efficient, personable and technical. I specifically dealt with Josh. On more than one occasion, I felt these guys have gone over and above.

Bad communication and late delivery but good product
Product was late being shipped and unless I chased which I had to do 4 times I don’t think I would have received anything. The rear spoiler itself I am really pleased with, just let down with the communication and delivery service.

Received a faulty product
Received a faulty product, looks to be faulty from the manufacturer but no response to 3 attempts to return for a refund. Emailed the sales email address as listed on the invoice and it bounces back, filled in the online contact form 3 times.
