Awful company ordered a front splitter off them no instructions not enough screws and no help from customer service

I ordered roof bars for my van and they do not fit. When I contacted customer service, instead of resolving the issue, I was told to try fitting the brackets back to front / incorrectly, which is completely unacceptable and raises serious safety concerns.
On top of that, two of the roof bars arrived damaged. I provided clear photographic evidence as requested. Despite this, the company is refusing to issue a refund. The bars themselves are very flimsy, poor quality, and not fit for purpose.
Customer service has been dismissive, unhelpful, and unwilling to take responsibility. I am now left with damaged, unusable goods and no resolution.
At this point, I will be pursuing this through consumer protection and a chargeback, as the goods supplied are faulty, damaged, and not as described. I would strongly advise others to avoid this company unless you want the same hassle.

Ordered a Riviera alloy before christmas. It arrived during christmas/new year but was the wrong size. It even clearly stated on the box it was the wrong size but they was obviously in a rush to send out. Finally got a response today and they provide no apology, no sense of concern around the ongoing wait i now have to get a refund and get the correct alloy from another supplier so i can get back on the road. When i told the ‘customer support’ advisor they had failed to even apologise, they ignored that again and simply stated how long my refund would take ‘when they get the alloy back’. Yes simple errors can occur but you at least own the mistake and help.
Appalling, DO NOT USE - have no idea about their stock, no idea how to check the correct item is sent out and zero customer service skills to acknowledge errors.

Ordered a rear spoiler for the van and clicked the frozen white option and they sent me grey matter do they not check what there packing r is it just take ur money and send what they like and to top it off they were for a Christmas present

Ordered a set of wind deflectors for my van. First set arrived promptly, damaged and for a different van. Got sent out another set and for a they are for a different van again. Still waiting on the correct item and given a generic excuse of delays with couriers even though the wrong items arrived almost the next day.

Fantastic service second time to deal with this company. I purchased a 2015 ford ranger bonnet scoop and back bumper very good quality fits perfectly 👌 highly recommend would deal again thanks again 👍

Per others, wish I had read reviews here first. Appalling company. Sent items which arrived damaged and refused to collect and refund.
This company needs to be put out of business to stop ripping off others. With PayPal now for resolution and refund of my money.

I only wish I’d read the reviews first. I bought some matts and a bonnet guard. I can only say the quality was diabolical. I rang the company. They said I could return them had to pay the postage myself. The products are just a load of rubbish.

Hilux bull bar started to heavily rust from inside out blistering on the outside contacted storm 4x4 accessories sent photos said they could not see the rust then came back with a good one saying it was out of warranty when it wasn’t avoid this company

If i could give a lower rating i would, this is the worst company i have ever ordered from first they sent me the wrong item and after over a week of messages and me telling them its the wrong item today they confirmed its was incorrect and then they blamed me
for ordering the wrong item even though the car the have on the images is the exact same as the one i have with the name and model

Item ordered does not fit the vehicle they sold it as. Would not pay for return postage even though legally obliged. Customer service hung up on me and then wouldn't pick up again. Terrible company

My order was late so called them and the lady laughed saying it could be with me that day.
When item arrived it was so badly made and didn’t fit, after reading reviews I could see this was a common problem so I modified them to fit correctly.
Do not order anything from this company expensive crap.

WARNING - do not use!

The front splitter on my friends custom fractured on the motorway causing huge damage to the splitter, sending it across both lanes!

You can see it has fractured on both sides in the same place showing that it has a weakness! The part is poorly made and can cause serious damage to yours and other vehicles.

They aren’t interested paying a stone caused this - oh yeh right, why would it fracture the whole spoiler in the exact place on both ends?

Worst company ever dealt with
Half the stuff sent is cheap shit , paints all flaking off and damaged .
Putting this crap on your car /van will decrease the value as it’s junk .

AVOID

Oh and the customer service team are even worse so just save your money

Terrible Experience - Avoid at All Costs

I ordered four items from Storm Xccessories Ltd, and the experience has been appalling. My order arrived in multiple shipments, with two boxes initially delivered containing only part of the order. I emailed customer service to inform them I was still waiting on two items. They claimed these were shipped in additional boxes, and the rest of the delivery would follow.

Two days later, I received another box, but one item (seat covers) was still missing. I reached out again, only to be told the missing item was supposedly in one of the original boxes. It wasn’t.

I requested a replacement or refund, but they refused. I even asked for the CCTV footage they claimed to have of the warehouse packing my order, but now they’ve stopped responding entirely.

This has been an absolute nightmare—shocking customer service and zero accountability. Avoid this company at all costs!

I ordered lots of accessories for my Defender, mats, steps, wheel arch trims, mud guards, etc. The wheel arches were not brand new, one warped, one with rippled plastic. The workshop fitting these parts raised the issue but Storm Xcessories refused to replace as outside of their 7 day notification period. I explained that although I had checked all the parts ordered, it only became apparent when fitted and that would be impossible to achieve in 7 days. They refused to budge so I’m now perusing a claim through my credit card company. DO NOT BUY FROM THIS COMPANY. SUBSTANDARD PRODUCTS WITH SUBSTANDARD SERVICE.

If I could 0 I would. Barely a year after installing side steps on my Defender, they have corroded very badly. Asked for advice, fobbed off saying it’s my fault, product out of warranty, ‘Many Thanks’, goodbye…
