Good value stuff.
This is good, no-nonsense equipment. The courier service is very efficient and responsive - I received a message saying what day the delivery would be made, then on the morning of the delivery I was given a one hour time slot and was able to give alternative instructions if I couldn't be at home then.

First time ever with no neck pain!
Was hesitant but desperate. Spent £45 on a marks n Spencer's one which was ok for a while but neck pain returned. This worked first night. Would prefer the same puffiness at side to be same all way round but quite pleased. Looks like a cats bed but hey no neck pain!

Very good service
I ordered the items on Thursday morning, and selected the free delivery option. I expected them to take a few days, but they were delivered the next day on Friday. I received an e-mail from the courier giving me a one hour time slot for delivery, and the package was delivered well within the hour. All the items that I ordered were received, and are of the quality that I was expecting. I cannot fault the service that I received.

Good service.
The product (cervical neck care pillow) came very quickly. It's very well made and very padded. It has really good shaping too. Sadly because I'm very small it is a little too thick for my neck, but that's my proportions rather than the pillow being a problem. Otherwise it's a good quality product.

Easy to use for tight Achilles
Easy to use with a suitable lubricant. I was recommended Voltarol but am likely to be allergic to it (asthma0, so pharmacist suggested arnica gel. This works fine.
However, I was disappointed not to get any instructions with the massage tool.

Great product, great service
I ordered the cold compression knee brace as I had knee pain following from running.
The cryo-cuff knee brace has helped to significantly reduce the pain and is seeming to speed up my recovery.
The service from 66fit'c call center when I ordered was immaculate...
I will order again from 66fit if I need any other items without thinking twice!
