Ouch!
I have been using the hoop now for seven days, I am so badly bruised that I wrap a towel around myself, hopefully the bruising will ease, maybe age has something to do with it (73 years of age) and the skin being thinner but I'm determined. I know I have lost fat from around my waist, tummy and hips but I'm not going to measure until Christmas Day....a gift to myself.
