We have been clients of 7 for over fifteen years which I imagine must speak for itself. We are always happy with their service, communications are good, advice is sound, they hit the numbers that they discuss with us (subject to market conditions which we understand). I often recommend them to our friends. Of particular note is our client manager Mark Endacott who (apart from having poor taste in football clubs!) is in regular communication, responds swiftly to enquiries and is both courteous and good humoured. All in all we are very pleased with 7im.

I Have been with 7IM for about 9 years and have always found them professional in every way. Performance has dipped as everything has more recently but in all honesty I’d probably be worried or suspicious if they had managed to buck that trend! I have total confidence in 7 and find them a pleasure to deal with.

Having been with 7IM for 9 years, I have always found them to be easy to deal with and good communicators. Investing during the past few years has been difficult but not just with 7IM, with all investment forms.
Hold on for better times and hopefully, they will be just around the corner. Investment should be about the mid to long term, definitely not trying to make a quick buck!

I am very happy with the service that I receive from 7IM. I find that the company is very responsive to any questions that I have. I have never had an issue with being able to talk to my advisor. They are professional, knowledgeable and pleasant to talk to. Having been through personally tough times, I can’t thank them enough for their kindness and willingness to take the time to help me with the transference of my late husband’s pensions. I am invited to a yearly review, but there is no issue to contact the company at any time in between these meetings.
Investing with 7IM definitely gives me peace of mind.

6 months to transfer Pension to another provider with various excuses along the way. Liquidated funds not transferred after 3 weeks. Constant chasing, it has not been a good experience

I have had 7im investment for a while … from my advisor I get performance is not good down to Brexit, Covid-19 and now the war ! Now it will be the recession I guess on my next review.. But with the large fees going out annually they are only the ones making money.

Invest your hard earned money elsewhere. These guys are impossible to get in touch with by telephone and my investment hasn’t done well.
Trying to change address was shocking and trying to transfer my money from them is nigh impossible.

These guys have looked after my money since 2015. The return on investment has been poor (about 3% annually) despite much boasting of great investment expertise. Their fees are very high and quite disproportionate to performance. A little research shows that a few simple tracker funds would have out-performed this lot at every point since 2015. I have now (2020) ditched them (and my IFA) and gone with said tracker funds.
