Took my car in for a service to A1 diagnostics, excellent service provided by the staff and mechanic who took care of my car. Very reasonable prices and excellent service as expected. Well done to the everyone at A1 diagnostic keep up the good work. 👍

Took my vehicle to this garage following a recommendation from a work colleague and received first class treatment from the initial telephone call to collection.
Will definitely be recommending to family and friends.

First time to write a review but I felt I would like to mention how fast professional and great customer service I had today ,
Took my car in for service and engine control management light on they started with good morning offered. Coffee, not just service for the car they offered to take me to work , they called me after 6 hours to say my car is ready .
I was still at work they asked me what time do I finish and they delivered the car to my work place .

I highly recommend A1 diagnostics. I use to be so nervous going to a garage when something went wrong on my car, but since going to this garage I have no worries anymore. They are so helpful, friendly and always happy to help me out. They give 5* service. Always fix my car with no problem. All my family now take their cars there. So hard to find a good garage, so happy I found these guys.

I saw the pictures on the website and the blogs which i thought were great, they had a position for a vehicle technician, turned up to meet the owner for a pre- arranged interview, the garage was very messy and dis-organised, owner was not there, rang him, got a bunch of excuses, basically couldn't be bothered to stay on 10 minutes to meet me...
Needless to say i didn't re arrange to come back again. If this is how they treat potential staff then i imagine the current workforce and customers are disregarded just as easily. Very unprofessional.

Went there today with my heater not working they fixed it after a recommendation, have been struggling with this for over a year they got it sorted in a day! Thank you A1

Had a clutch problem with my seat leon dsg where it would shudder in low gears was told by A1 that my clutch had gone we hit a small hiccup but
Problem has been sorted by them and I can't thank rishi for being so apologetic if I ever should get back behind the wheel I will definitely use is

My father John Haines, had an issue with the electrics on his jeep, and unable to get the AA to even come out. In desperation he contacted A1 Diagnostics. They were really helpful and nothing was too much trouble. I have to say, he found them outstanding and their work excellent. They resolved all the issues he had with the Jeep electrics. In fact, they sorted everything out and put his mind at ease. He will now be using them for all his future needs with the Jeep. Outstanding and excellent work

I started visiting A1diagnostics a few years ago after using a Groupon deal for an MOT and I have used them ever since. Sometimes again, using a deal, and sometimes not. Either way, I have always received exceptional service. For those doubters that think these garages give you a deal to get you in, and then 'find things wrong' to make up for it, doubt no longer. Almost every time I have taken my car for an MOT, it has passed first time. Everytime it has failed I have agreed with their decision when they have explained why, even taking the time to put the car back up on ramps, and show me exactly what's wrong and why a replacement/repair is required. I generally perform larger repairs myself, and they have no problem with me bringing the car back for a retest. I am always greeted with free coffee, sweets, sofa's, TV and WiFi in their waiting room. The staff are so friendly too, and nothing is too much trouble. I will continue to use A1 despite them not being the closest to home for me, and I would recommend them to everyone.
