I phoned to find out about shipping between Ukraine or Moldova to the USA and the person was very rude and hung up before I could find out more.

Scam, got a quote then 30 calls from scams haulers, they sell your info, do be fooled by the fake reviews. how they are in biz i have no idea...........

They transported my vehicle without any scratches and on time.

like everyone else has been saying. its a scam site that immediately gives your info to scumy businesses.

Hanged up on me immediately saying "we don't do international". Their website doesn't even mention that.

Took a little longer than estimated with the standard package, however, the service was great and as expected. They also have the most competitive prices In the industry that I have seen. And I've done my research.

I should have read reviews first. Like others,, flooded with text messages and emails. Google blocked about that many more as spam. Definitely feel like I stepped in it by giving them my phone number. And, it has not ended. Sounds like they're a broker not a transporter. I'd be afraid to reply to anyone for fear I'd never see my stuff or money again. Pretty sad when 30% of the reviews are 1-star.

My recent encounter with A1 Auto Transport left me utterly shocked and appalled by the unprofessionalism and rudeness exhibited by their manager. If I could give negative stars, I would.
I reached out to A1 Auto Transport simply to obtain a quote for their services. Little did I know that this innocuous inquiry would lead to a nightmare of an experience. After sharing competitive pricing I had received from other auto transport companies, the salesperson was abruptly replaced by the manager himself, a move that should have signaled alarm bells from the outset.
What followed can only be described as an incomprehensible rant of utter nonsense and arrogance. The manager embarked on a diatribe filled with self-serving rhetoric, attempting to justify his pricing by belittling the competition and myself. To add insult to injury, he went so far as to insult me for daring to compare their quote with others. It's inconceivable that a supposed professional would stoop so low as to engage in such unbecoming behavior.
When I confronted this manager for his shocking lack of professionalism and his outright insults, his response was beyond belief. He callously declared that he "couldn't care less" about my concerns and promptly hung up on me. The audacity.. astonishing! This speaks volumes about the complete lack of customer care and accountability.
I implore anyone considering using A1 to think twice before subjecting themselves to such abhorrent treatment. This company's complete disregard for customer respect and decency is a clear indicator of the type of experience you can expect to endure. It is evident that they have no qualms about insulting and mistreating potential customers who dare to seek reasonable pricing.
A regrettable and eye-opening experience that highlighted the depths of unprofessionalism and contempt they are willing to exhibit. This company should serve as a cautionary tale for anyone looking for reliable, respectful, and competent service. Look elsewhere!

Have to agree with the “flushing business down the drain” review. Gave name, email, and phone to get a quote from what I thought was one company and WHOA, floodgates opened with calls, emails, texts from randos with mismatched cities/zip codes, different prices, and no respect for the hour of day (calls that came in late at night). AVOID!

They did an outstanding job. They were on time and super gentle with all my furniture. Please don't look anywhere else to find a moving company. A-1 Auto Transport is the company you would like to work with. Probably the best moving company.

My daughter and I called after receiving a quote online and I reached some person who was very arrogant and rude asked me how much would a fair price would be and I told him my thoughts and he laughed and said he would need to see a change in the White House administration I explained to him that was going political he became outraged started to yell at me I finally just hung up my daughter witnessed his abuse called him back and he got into a yelling rage with her this is a poor example of an employee who has been tarnishing his company image what an awful way you conduct yourself we called another competitor and got a better rate and they were totally professional my best advice is stay away from this company

If I could give them 0 stars, I would. I called to go over the online shipping quote I received from them & was met with somebody screaming at me within 2 minutes. He quoted me over double what their internet price was, then was livid when I pushed back a bit and said that's the highest quote I've gotten yet. I had to just hang up eventually as he went into a condescending rage.

What horrible, horrible, horrible Customer Service. After receiving a quote online, I opted to call the 800 number listed, I informed them that I had some comparative quotes and I wanted to know if the quotes were reasonable and realistic, based on the distance and service they are willing to provide. Before I could even finish my question, in mid sentence, the rep for this company immediately went on a trade and went on a rampage that he "does not want to talk about or deal with the stupid people at RoadRunner and Movewheels.com". I asked him why he needed to bash those whom are in his same community and then call them names when all I wanted to do is accept the quote that their system generated and wanted to move forward. The Customer Rep them told me to "SHUT UP" and that I need to listen to him and that he does not have the time to deal with comparison shopping. I made it clear to him that he never gave me that chance to finish my questions before he decided to go on a tirade.

Then, 2 mins latter, he calls me to yell at me and I just told him to not harass me by calling me at home.

As business owner, I also deal with people whom are looking to find deals, yet I tell all my team, its better to be helpful and maybe just maybe the person calling will appreciate the helpfulness and pay the price you are quoting.

The REP for this company did not even give me the courtesy to try to explain myself of what I was looking for.

This is a warning to all. Make sure you are allowed to speak and ask questions before they try to bully you on tell you to "SHUT UP"

Please stay away from doing business with this company!!!!! You will thank me later.

We had a shipment that they were holding for us, we had already prepaid the seller. We flew to Miami to inspect the goods, and they refused to bring the pallets down from the 3rd shelf tower, and then they (Ivan Antiqua - Owner) even refused to release goods since his seller did not sign a release. We showed him the seller had agreed to let us take our products. It’s a scam company that does not operate professionally.

SOLD my phone number and email to other companies! Received 10 emails, 7 phone calls, and 8 messages in ten hours! They wrote their own five star reviews! Watch out!

I tried to use this website because i thought it was a auto transport company.. they are not. What happens is they take your information and sell it to at least 20 different people for each person that goes online. If you care about keeping your privacy and sanity do not , i repeat do not fill out their online form or call them with any of your details. Your phone will go berserk with calls and calls and a bunch of texts day after day even at night. I was going crazy. I can't turn off my phone, i have children.

I called to complain and they referred me to the terms and conditions web page and were quite rude and scoffed at me. The page doesn't mention anything about selling your name and address. Just that you can't copy their website.

I called the FMSCA and they have no record of them but since they don't ship cars and since they just sell the information they will not do anything about it because it's like their an advertising agency. But they should say that. But they will not because who would fill it out if they knew the outcome. The point is to not so you don't fact check.

My worry is strangers have my address and phone number. I even wrote to google to complain about their ad showing up every time. I just don't understand how this can exist. I am afraid of what these strangers will do with my details. As someone who is a single mother, that is very scary. Some of the people that called were from my same area code.

Don’t every use that scam company as I saw the previous guy wrote a exactly review what they’re doing asked me over the phone for over 7000$ to ship 4 cars to Europe from Seattle usually companies charge around 4000-5000$ depending of the way they are shipping those people are scammers just Google it before you’ve been catching by those scammers!!

I fell victim to their websites all 5 star ratings and thankfully did not use them. They took 24 hours to respond to my call and immediately pawned me off to a very disorganized dumpster fire of a transport company called carlos shipping. They sent me a unofficial quote and when I called to set up shipping and get more information they failed to respond to my emails and phone calls as if I was trying to collect money from them, unbelievably bad customer service. I used another company and will write them an excellent review after this. Avoid A-1 at all costs and don't believe the hype on their website.
