Let me and a few friends down last minute after I booked early in the morning and they confirmed all ok for a 6 x seater.
Then they rang me an hour before pick up to confirm that we were having the fair and that we had to pay by cash.
We’ve got cash ready for the Driver.
They called at the time there were supposed to pick us up and advised they’re unable to get a six seater for us after all, absolute shambles! They advised we can send you two cars but we had to pay a lot more!
They wanted us to pay for their mistake dreadful. So we got an Uber which I wish I’d done in the first place I was just trying to support local never again.

AAA very reliable great customer service clean and safe! Has a decent journey with Mohammed, driver 761! He is a great guy will definitely use there services again ! Many thanks

I am really disappointed with this company recently. They used to be amazing, and I have used them for all my airport pick-ups for more than ten years. However, several of the last few times they have not been particularly reliable, and my last trip abroad has not been a good experience using them for my airport transfers. On the way to the airport, the driver was late, which always worries me when trying to get to the airport for a particular time. He looked exhausted, as if he had been up all night, to the extent I felt a bit concerned about him. He seemed desperate to smoke at any opportunity he could, and this was virtually the first thing he did when we arrived at Gatwick - he jumped out the car and lit up a cigarette. He was, at least, pleasant to me. But on my way back tonight, I was really upset with my pick-up. He was again late, which I am not usually too worried about coming back, as long as the driver communicates well with me. But he then let me drag my heavy case myself, and only offered to take it right as we got to the car to lift it in. I have never once had that happen with a taxi driver in any country. On the drive, I opened my window a crack to let in some fresh air after my flight, and because I often feel a bit queasy on car journeys. But he put it up again, and when I asked him if I could open it, he said we were on a motorway, but maybe "a little". I just feel this is really bad customer service, and I find it upsetting. And I will also mention another time during train strikes when I had a taxi booked, but my plane was delayed, and so the taxi just picked someone else up instead, the excuse being that so many people needed to be picked up! When I rang them, they barely apologised, and I had to wait for a new taxi to be sent over an hour later. That is just totally unacceptable. I had booked the taxi, and drivers should know information about whether there are plane delays or not, and he should have waited for me, or at the very least the company should have apologised profusely when I rang. Another driver made me walk out into the bitter cold to a very random isolated part of the airport carpark late at night to pick me up, which I was again not pleased with. I just feel this accumulation of events has led to the final straw of me writing this review. I don't know why things have deteriorated to this point, but I'm afraid the company needs to rethink its values.

Unreliable.

AAA Minicabs cancelled a pre-booked taxi ten minutes before it was due, causing significant issues and financial loss on a rail strike day. Did not even apologise. Avoid.

I was waiting for a cab at Tesco’s at Elmers End today a cab arrived and the driver got out and called what I thought was my name and I said my name to him and he helped to load the shopping into the cab then asked where we were going and when we told him he said you are Clair aren’t you and I said no then he phoned the office and they told him that we weren’t booked with them so he made us get out and he THREW our shopping out of the boot and we had already that there were eggs in one bag but he just picked it up and threw it on the floor and my mum who was with me is terminally ill and he kept trying to tell us to hurry up and get the shopping out. Luckily the cab we ordered from Cannon Cars turned up at that minute and we couldn’t have had a nicer driver who helped us with the heavy bags and also brought them right to our door and I will be using Cannon Cars all the time now and recommend them to everybody now and I gave our driver a good tip because he was so helpful unlike your driver and I will never recommend your firm to anybody.
