Great customer service
AFMA (Megan) called me to ask if I wanted my original documents returned to me, because AFMA has digitized them and no longer needs them. Upon learning that I did want them back, she arranged for them to be shipped to me via FedEx. Her conversation was clear, concise, unrushed, professional, friendly and respectful. The documents arrived in 3 days in perfect condition.

Records Vault
I asked for a copy of my spouse's birth certificate which I had put in the AAFMAA vault 50 years ago. Megan had it sent to my wife within 2 hours of opening Monday morning. Much quicker than my State's Vital Records section that would have cost $12 and an in-person visit. Great service. Good people.
My military children use AAFMAA and now three military grandchildren.

I have looked for life insurance for a long time. Had other ones, who are now being dropped. This is by far the fastest, easiest and cheapest insurance available. Had my medical exam on Monday, insured by Thursday.
