I ordered a custom mattress and mattress cover for a bassinet. The way the product shipped left much to be desired... It was folded and thrown in a box without much protection. The mattress itself was not firm enough to be safe for sleep and the mattress cover, keep in mind both items were custom, caused the mattress to bunch up and not lie flat. Their customer service's solution to my problem was to tell me to cut the elastic on the cover. If the mattress was firm enough to be safe for infant sleep the cover would have fit fine. Do not recommend.

I love the mattress, but I still do not have the custom sheets that were ordered.

I received the wrong size of crib sheets and when I went to return them it says I have never placed an order. So I called and they said they would send me an email with the return information in it and they did not send it! Needless to say I am very disappointed in the lack of customer service!

Ordered a charge a month ago and it is "still prcessing". Kind of ridiculous to be waiting this long

I was pleased with the prompt response to my order had. It was delivered in a short period of time. Since I did not see the product, I can not respond to the quality but I was sent a photo of the product with the receivers and it looked good but, again, I can not respond to the quality. I have not heard any complaints or other issues regarding the product from the receptees. Thank you .

This mattress is for my first great-grandchild, so it is very important that it be of good quality and fit properly. This mattress fits the bill in all areas.

It was awesome to have a custom sized mattress but the mattress outer layer and the custom sized protector that came with it with absolutely not breathable at all, causing our baby to almost immediately sweat.

Great result for our puzzle footstool we just got for our granddaughter. My husband put it together in just a few minutes. His 1 suggestion was not to wrap the instructions around the hardware.

Received a broken slide. Am supposed to get replacement, but now when I email I get no response as to a tracking number. If it does not arrive soon I will dispute charges. Time will tell. But I won't be ordering again from here. Terrible customer support!!!!
