I’ve found AbbotFox to me most accommodating and helpful over the years.

I particularly like the flexibility approach they have to which kind of contract I choose, IE fully managed or find a tenant.

Emma Rahman was extremely helpful, polite and professional. Made the whole experience easy.

We were in great hands with Charlie who was always there when I picked up the phone and great with communication. Made the whole sales process as smooth as possible! No question was too much! Thanks to all the team and to Colin as well who was also great to deal with.

Charlie and Colin have been amazing since we contacted Abbot Fox. The property in question was dual listed and we actually contacted Abbot Fox second. The level of service and care has been worlds apart. We have felt appreciated, listened to and valued no end.

They collectively have been accommodating with viewings in a quick turnaround, constantly updating us on progress and subsequently have worked tremendously hard to get us our dream home.

We can thank them enough and would highly recommend these two and the team!

Booked a viewing for Sunday 26/4/26 at 13:15 for a property in Hinshalwood Received email confirmation which ironically asked to let them know if appointment could not be kept and on Sunday morning received another email reminding me of the viewing. All standard practice. We specifically travelled up from London to view arrived slightly early then waited for over half an hour but NO estate agent turned up. Phoned the office number, no reply. So wasted 5 hours travel time and a tank of petrol. Absolutely awful. We were ready to buy once everything checked out so the owners have missed a sale. Not prepared to go again or let this very poor estate agent earn their commission.

The team at Abbot Fox have always been helpful and professional in finding suitable tenants over the past 6 years. They always respond quickly and provide a personal service. I can thoroughly recommend them!
