I ordered a Pit Boss 850 Navigator pellet bbq along with a side smoker and some consumables.
Ordered online, spoke to Paul at A Bell the following morning and arranged a convenient delivery day.
Delivered on the agreed day! (Quick delivery! Only waiting a couple of working days!)
Unfortunately the Side Smoker had a large dent in the door panel, rang A Bell and spoke to Paul. The broken side smoker was collected the next day and a replacement delivered!
This is a fantastic Customer Service! Special thanks to Paul who just sorted it out - A reminder of how Customer Service used to be 25 years ago! Thanks Paul!

Firstly the company advertise that if you see the price of an item cheaper to contact them to see what they can do. I did this and the answer was a definite no. I continued with the purchase of 2 items as they were offering a free cover. Unfortunately I only received 1 item even after I had called them to confirm delivery. I’m still waiting for delivery of 2nd item.

Thank you for your feedback, and we’re very sorry for the inconvenience caused.
We do state on our website "call to see if we can beat your price," but we don’t offer a price match guarantee. In this case, the cheaper website didn’t include a free cover, and as your order included two ovens with double shipping costs, we weren’t able to offer a further discount on the already discounted ovens.
Unfortunately, there was a picking error and only one oven and cover were sent initially. We sincerely apologise for this, but as soon as it was flagged, we despatched the missing item on the next working day after the bank holiday, with next-day delivery.
Thanks again for your patience, and we're truly sorry for the mix-up.
