Quick and efficient. The locksmith was great. I would definitely use this service again. Lee”s locks of Oxford were brilliant.

Broke a patio door glass on Bank holiday, and there was a helpful person on the end of the phone that afternoon. A visit the following day secured the glass and placed an order for the replacement. Super efficient! The glass was replaced perfectly in 10 days timescale quoted at the outset. They liaised with the new owners of our house who were very satisfied.

The booking clerk was very helpful and made the earliest appointment available - next day.
Also gave a price to how much the job would cost.
The engineer arrived promptly and done a great job - Neat & tidy many thanks Elliott. Replacing a double and single socket.

The plumbers arrived within specified and sorted the problem promptly and tested all ok before they left.

Administration department efficient and payment method simple.

Would use their services again.

The locksmith was very patient with me making sure I was able to make the two locks work as I am nearly 90. He was very efficient and I liked him very much.

The gentleman they sent,Toni, was excellent.
Spent a lot of time examining garden and pointing out what we should do to eliminate rats.
Also put down poison that would not affect wildlife,birds,etc.
Second visit, checked everywhere again.
We previously used someone else who claimed to have got rid of problem but didn't.
Hopefully we can now say the rats have gone at least for a while.

Really disgusted by Able Group - their customer service was excellent and friendly to begin with but having promised an electrician to visit my elderly parents (who are quite anxious about the situation) that same day they rang up mid afternoon to say he wouldn’t be able to get there. They then re-arranged for the next day (today) and have now just cancelled that appointment again. So my elderly parents have waited in all afternoon twice and now they have been told there will be no one who can attend until Saturday. I have no confidence that this anppointment will be kept and do not want to make my parents stay in again for a third time. This is a terrible business model where people are over-promised and then let down. Very disappointing.

The plumber fixed the leak from the garden water pipe.
