It has been many years since we sold a house but we were guided through the entire process by all the team at the Dyce branch.Robbie kept in constant touch by phone and e-mail and we were extremely lucky to get an early offer.We would highly recommend Aberdein Considine.

Our property purchase was managed by Charlie in the Perth office and Alannah in the Aberdeen office. Both were excellent: efficient and quick to reply, kind and friendly in all communication, and able to explain every step of the way to my wife and me. Our purchase progressed smoothly, and we're delighted with how things have gone. We'd happily recommend Aberdein Considine and would use them again in the future.

We managed to sell our house in the quiet (for selling), depths of winter thanks to the swift, proactive and helpful communication and actions from AC.

I felt like we enjoyed a more contemporary approach to house selling than might have been with some other firms with good social media back up and access to a possible purchaser database.

Jordan and his team provided excellent help and assistance throughout the process of selling our flat, particularly in the later stages when there was un unexpected roof leak.

All the staff I have interacted with were very friendly and helpful, Matt, Megan, Iona, Gavin. The viewings were booked well and the flat was sold quickly and at a good price. I also wanted to thank Jade who supported me with the conveyancing, especially for providing me with sound advice on what to offer for the properties I have viewed ( much better knowledge of the market than the solicitor I have used for the previous flat purchase). Jade and Caroline's help made the entry date surprisingly smooth, which was appreciated after all the stress of selling and buying.
