We have viewed 2 properties with Aberdein Considine (Stonehaven Branch) within the past week. Our viewing agent was Archie Fowler, he was very presentable in appearance and very polite. He was very knowledgeable about both properties and asset to the company. Our dealings with Eve Torrie arranging the viewings was also first class, we look forward to future house viewings with the Stonehaven branch.

Eleanor Comfort from Aberdein Considine (Dyce) dealt with our sale and purchase transactions and we cannot fault the service provided, she was a star and an asset to the firm. She explained the legalities to us very well and was in constant communication so we were always updated on our transactions! Also want to praise Samantha Gordon from the Conveyancing Hub who dealt with our conveyancing. Samantha again was in constant touch updating us on matters and had completed both our sale and purchase transactions with no issues. From the very beginning, the team at the Stonehaven branch were friendly, professional, and incredibly easy to deal with. Nothing was ever a bother, and every question I had was handled promptly and clearly, which made the whole process feel straightforward and stress-free.

We managed to sell our house in the quiet (for selling), depths of winter thanks to the swift, proactive and helpful communication and actions from AC.

I felt like we enjoyed a more contemporary approach to house selling than might have been with some other firms with good social media back up and access to a possible purchaser database.

And to Bethany Jarvis who made me feel like nothing was ever a bother and despite there being a few bumps along the way (none of AC making) she guided us carefully through the process and was both responsive and proactive. Thanks of course to Chris Comfort for support and council at the significant beginning, middle and end of the process. It's a great team at AC.

Jordan and his team provided excellent help and assistance throughout the process of selling our flat, particularly in the later stages when there was un unexpected roof leak.

All the staff I have interacted with were very friendly and helpful, Matt, Megan, Iona, Gavin. The viewings were booked well and the flat was sold quickly and at a good price. I also wanted to thank Jade who supported me with the conveyancing, especially for providing me with sound advice on what to offer for the properties I have viewed ( much better knowledge of the market than the solicitor I have used for the previous flat purchase). Jade and Caroline's help made the entry date surprisingly smooth, which was appreciated after all the stress of selling and buying.

I couldn't recommend Aberdein Considine Dyce anymore. The service from start to finish was fantastic my property was on the market for 24 hours, all the staff have been fabulous and are very efficient.

Archie Foord was brilliant from start to finish. He reassured me about the sales strategy of going for offers over, close to the Home Report value, and explained clearly why that approach made sense for the market.

When multiple offers came in, his advice to move quickly to a closing date was spot on and helped achieve the best possible price. The flat sold in under two weeks and exceeded both the Home Report value and my expectations.

I can’t recommend this estate agent highly enough. From the initial valuation of my property to home report, pictures and having it on the market and then sold at closing date was 2 weeks! Everyone that I have encountered has been so helpful, friendly & efficient! Especially Matt for doing my value & giving me great advice, Iona, Gavin & Jade R for keeping me updated on every step, answering any of emails quickly and being so supportive during the process! I also used AC in house mortgage advisor & solicitor who have also been great and it’s been easy to keep everything in the one place!
