Malkay ( I hope I spelled it right) the assistant at the reception was extremely helpful, polite and explained everything calmly and clearly. We didn't feel pressured and he answered all our questions kindly. Highly recommended!

Agreed on a deal with them, they charged me the agreed price, plus the original price. Taken ages to get back that money.
And when i vacated the storage i should have got some refund which they confirmed in email and everything but 2 weeks wasn't enough for them to issue the refund... today(wednesday) i have been told they will do it by friday. Last friday i have been told it'll be done within 2-3 working days.

Courteous and considerate team.
The team of two who moved the furniture out of the house were courteous and considerate and they took care of the furniture. I was informed of a slight delay in arrival time and of their arrival time at the destination. I couldn’t ask for more.

Good service - shame about the insurance scam
Good service but frustrated with the insistence that I must insure my goods and provide proof of insurance - or charge me £29 per month. Just another way of trying to skim more money off customers.

By law, all storage customers must have insurance that specifically covers goods in self-storage, either through their own provider or through a policy we can arrange. AVOID! WOULD NOT RECOMMEND!
PLEASE AVOID USING THIS COMPANY!
The only positive is the front line members of staff!
This business constantly uses excuses to exploit and devalue loyal, long standing legacy customer but increasing their prices at an unreasonable cost regulary.
They put anything from £25 - £50 a month anytime they fell fit which makes customers and users feel exploited, taken advantage of and devalued.
The price increases are unreasonable and are much higher than the current rate of inflation.
I signed up for 24 / 7 access and they took away this facility so its pointless now.
There is no wifi within the place unlike other Storage Facilities.
No other storage facility I have used hikes up prices at the rate that these greedy and underhanded people do!
The light near my storage facility is useless as it always cuts out as its a sensor light which is poor to detect any movement, so when i'm in my unit it goes pitch black which has caused a few items to break.
As another reviewer stated 'They trump it up to protection and insurance but I see no state of the art security features installed to justify this money grabbing behaviour'.
Its not like the facility is cleaned everyday and is spanking clean each time, this is why I have to cover the floor sometimes when taking items out of my unit.
There is also some weird mats in the walkways which appear damp, so its not exactly a state of art facility!
I shall be leaving next year after years of money and financial abuse. I have found another facility, just need to source a courier as I don't drive and then i'm off!
This has left me and other customers VERY UNHAPPY, VERY DISAPPOINTED, VERY HURT and VERY UPSET!
There are plenty of fairer storage places available such as Big Yellow Storage and Simply Storage.
Stay well clear of this company!

Unvalued customer
I'm a new customer, just for putting an extra padlock on my unit, I was sent Email given me one week to come and remove it" URGENTLY "and I highlight the word urgently, including a phone call that was a bit harsh, I understand it's a one of the rules but I didn't know that unit i double checked the policy, Ias i said it's not like I've missed a payment or anything everything is paid plus you have my bank details. Anyway that didn't make me feel like a valued customer.
