Communication around my insurance repair was frequent, friendly and I felt like a valued customer. The process for picking up my car and providing a courtesy car was smooth. Overall I was very happy with the quality of the repair.

The service at Accident Express was outstanding from the outset. Paul, Kate and all other team members were reassuring and very professional. They were always helpful if I had a query. Communication was also accurate and updated at all times. I was provided a courtesy car, again communication was clear and helpful.

Accident Express were the preferred repairer provided by LV. They quickly got in touch with me to explain the process. Updates were provided when the car went in for repair, including over coming issues with parts. The work to the car was excellent

Following an accident, LV insurance referred my Honda Crv to Accident Express for repair. The car was collected almost within hours and was repaired to a very high standard as soon as spares were available. We were kept informed of progress on a regular basis by Katie and Lyndon who were very polite and helpful. Altogether a high standard of service not often seen in this day and age and would unhesitatingly recommend this firm both for service and quality

A total professional company from start to finish.
I had a new car which got damaged and they restored it to showroom condition.
