Serious Bang for the Buck
I've been w/ Accu Web since 2012, and actually have some sites on server '01' from back then, as well as others in Accu Web various data centers. What I have always observed is a group of hard working, caring tech folk who are here for YOU. They are responsive, personable, and go the extra mile when something doesn't go as planned. Can something occasionally go wrong - YES, it's tech, that's the life of tech. But the differentiator is how they respond, and deal with it, regardless of who did what. And I have done my share of silly switch settings. LOL
Dollar for dollar, these guys are the real deal, and hey are engaged. That's a 5 out of 5 for me.

Amazing host at an amazing price, excellent support
Great overall experience with migration, technical support, implementations and troubleshooting.
I bought Web Hosting for 3 years, the Linux Premium ++ package and it's all as advertised, great speed and features.
Support tickets get answered in less then 12 hours and it's not generic answers just trying to delay or dismiss the issue, the support teams really dedicate themselves to understand and solve the issue in the least time possible.
Couldn't be happier with the transition!

I had a terrible experience with this…
I had a terrible experience with this company. Their technicians were completely incompetent — they couldn’t fix basic rpm-php errors or install Magento properly. On top of that, the service was painfully slow.
The VPS I received was full of bugs from the start, and when I asked for a refund, they flat-out refused. Save yourself the trouble and avoid this company at all costs.

Regarding your Magento installation, our team had informed you in advance—both verbally and in the support ticket —that Magento (Adobe Commerce) requires a minimum of 2 GB of usable RAM for installation and stable operation. The VPS plan associated with your account did not meet these requirements, which is why our technicians advised upgrading before proceeding.
Even with these constraints, our team still made several attempts to assist you and complete the installation on your existing VPS. Unfortunately, due to the insufficient system resources, the installation was not able to complete successfully.
That said, we completely understand how frustrating this must have been. Although VPS services typically fall outside our money-back policy, we have processed a full refund as a gesture of goodwill to ensure you are not left dissatisfied.
We genuinely appreciate your feedback. Clear expectation-setting and transparency are extremely important to us, and your case helps us further improve communication for resource-heavy applications such as Magento.

Most Reliable Hosting Service
I am a client since 2011 at Accuweb hosting and I never had any issue with their platform, no downtime, no issues, my websites were always in service. I did not even have to visit my VPS to do things and almost forget my skills and even my passwords . When I needed new services and yearly SSL renewals they were very helpful and solve them timely with a few email exchange. Their service is the most reliable one as much as I experienced myself. I recommend them to everyone.

I have not had a great deal of tech support experience with AccuWebhosting but, as far as speed in response to posting a ticket, these folks have been really quick. I think that in this kind of business, it's perhaps the most important trait. Not even one star. Fake, they say 27/7/365, but it's not true at all. I've been waiting for days for the bot to connect me with an operator, but no one connects. Poor service, initially, if you don't log in it goes fast, then after logging in and purchasing the site it becomes very slow. Not to mention the VPS. Then they responded to a refund ticket I made, with a message that had nothing to do with it, just to make fun of it.

This company and their VPS services are…
This company and their VPS services are an obvious SCAM... They sell you a "Forex VPS" that can't handle using even one trading platform such as MetaTrader 5... Then they tell you "your resources are working normal but can't handle the load so it may freeze or slow down"... Then they suggest you upgrade to the next level.
WHY WOULD A PERSON WANT TO UPGRADE AND CONTINUE USING A SERVICE IF THE FIRST SERVICE THEY PAID FOR IS NOT WORKING PROPERLY!!!
TRADERS SHOULD AVOID USING THEIR SERVICES AT ALL COST... THEY ARE SCAMMING PEOPLE OUT OF THEIR MONEY!!!
