Fantastic service. Done at short notice. Utmost care and attention taken by the removals men with my parents antique furnature, would definately use again.

Great team, excellent communication and the move team did a fantastic job, importantly they had a great sense of humour which for the stress of moving house really helped

2nd time I've used Actual removals...this time was a big move across the country. From start to finish they were fantastic. Courteous, careful and considerate.
They did a great job doing our packing for us too. I can't rate them highly enough.

Just want to say a massive thank you to Steve, Karl and their team from Actual Removal - arrived earlier than expected, whizzed through the house so quickly and efficiently, we had an awful day so cold and snowing but the whole team were friendly, chatty and professional, our house was empty in no time (there were so many boxes too!) every care was taken with our items, no damages or breakages - they unloaded just as efficiently, we would definitely not hesitate to recommend Actual to anyone. Very good service during these uncertain and challenging and restrictive times, Alison was so very helpful and accommodating regarding several unfortunate delays in completing on our house move, but we got there in the end.
On the day the guys were fast moving at both addresses and I must say that not one single item was found to have been broken.
Slight problem with the rebuild of our mirrored wardrobe, when I explained this to Alison she organised a senior fitter to come along the following morning to fix the problem which he did, so all was made well.
Yes I’d certainly recommend this company to anybody needing home move services.

This is about the 5th time we have used Actual for pre pack, removal and clean and have always been very pleased. No hesitation in recommending their services👍🏻

We found actual removal a great company they worked tirelessly from packing the entire contents including the sheds they dismantled the beds and on our arrival at our new home they reassembled the beds the chaps were so polite and nothing and mean nothing was to much trouble

From start to finish we were looked after. Initial enquiries handled efficiently, the estimator knew the correct size vehicle. Ordering extra boxes, no hassle.
We we let down by an incompetent estate agent, review to follow, meaning our dates changed a few times, actual were so accommodating, and gave great advice meaning removal costs were minimised.
On the day they turned up early, packed effectively and we arrived in plenty of to line for the anticipated completion time
Well it was late, excess fee for delay was reasonable , waiver can be bought too
At our new home everything was put where we planned, and very quickly too
Highly recommended isn’t a good enough accolade. Thank you Actual for reducing stress and worry with superb service

Was dreading the move but found Actual so reassuring from start to finish. I sat and read a book while all around me the move progressed. If you want a stress free move I cannot praise them more highly.

An excellent removal company. We had first class service from the moment we requested a quote.The office always returned our calls, and didn't hesitate when we needed more packing materials. The four removal guys Steve, Colin, Dave and Craig were brilliant on the day, I can't praise them enough .I would definitely recommend Actual Removal Co to everyone. What a team!!

The men who helped move us were all very friendly and helpful. They didn’t stop until everything was in our new home, despite being taken past their usual finishing time. Thank you.
