We needed to update our ageing EPOS system and Addwell had all the right answers for our needs. So far the new system looks a lot easier to use than our old one which is important to us as everyone is a volunteer so we don't like to make things stressful.
They were able to import the data from our old system and customise the till for us which saved a lot of work on our part. The support has been excellent and flexible enough to allow us to run training sessions at short notice.
Very happy and would recommend Addwell.

After reopening our bar in Stoke Newington we made a mistake; our choice of EPOS was awful and we were left frustrated, providing inefficient service. We were recommended Addwell and simply put they saved us. The system suits us and works perfectly with great back end support from Jack and the rest of the team. 10/10 guys.
