U-part kinky curly wig is of a very high standard and delivery was relatively fast. I've not had the unit for long, but co-washed it and the curls look lovely, feel soft and natural. The cap material where the clips are sewn is a lighter colour. Although you cannot see it when your real hair covers over, I feel like it should have been made with a darker colour to blend in more. Plus the unit attaches with clips at the front. I prefer combs maybe I should have requested before purchasing) Note, I purchased from their .CO.UK website (although they are clearly based in China)

Seller was excellent at getting in contact with me as they couldn't provide transparent lace for my wig. Issued immediately partial refund and fulfilled order within time scale including the free comb and also wig gripper. Quality of hair is beautiful with minimal shedding. Will definitely purchase again.

I ordered 4 wigs from this company. I spent over £600 on all the wigs and they are of poor quality and have not lasted very long. The customer service is very poor. The woman I communicated with is rude and does not accept liability. I sent back 2 of the wigs and it took one month to get back to the seller when it should have got there in one week. I asked for a refund on a curly wig i bought where the hair has shred and became very tangly. I asked for a refund but she refused. They do not use human hair but some high grade synthetic hair that changes only after owning the wig for 2 months. There are more honest companies to purchase wigs from.

I ordered a ombre wig. Received a text that the workers are not that good at doing ombre so they wanted to send me a black bulk rooted wig instead of what I payed for. So they suggested to choose another ombre wig wich makes no sense.
Very glad my credit card company was able to get my money back.
I will never order again! Very disapointed.

ADDWIGS ....they had my negative review removed? Poor service. RUDE woman. Said that I was 'crazy ' and the 'worldowed me something". She went on to say that I damaged the unit as I washed it. Terrible company, clearly something to hide if they get reviews taken down.

I called in late today thinking I would get a voicemail, however I was so lucky to get the OWNER. He was very nice and gave me a lot of information ! :)

Was nervous about getting a wig online in lockdown, but I’m so happy I did. Arrived in good time, the hair was soft and I was happy with the length and thickness. The hair I bought was 10 inch 150% density body wave. I didn’t want to review until I had washed it; I used a sulphate free shampoo and conditioner and the hair has kept its curl well and came out tangle free and as soft as when I got it. So super happy, it’s the most natural looking wig I’ve ever bought, and the free gift was a nice touch :-) I’ve been in touch since to thank them and they have been really good to deal with; easy to communicate with and to understand (I messaged them on Instagram). What I would recommend for anyone getting a curly wig from anywhere is do lots of research online about how to look after it properly - I’m really glad I did. Anyway two thumbs up for Addwigs from me. Both my mum and sister will be buying from them next.

Hair was packed nice , lovely curls and easy install. Would recommend as hair is good quality.

****Now being escalated to a case with paypal. The hair has been washed with cool water and dried flat and the curl is so loose. I asked for a refund from Helen who said that I had damaged it with water??? Umm hello? Its a wig. It needs to be washed. No where on their site does it say not to wash. She also said that I had cut the lace off...Ummm yes, until it was washed I was happy with it...what does she expect customers to do walk around with the lace at the front for weeks??....She then called me crazy and said that the world doesnt owe me anything. I have kept all the screen shots for paypal. So...ladies it you order from Addwigs dont wash your wig...Helen says that it damages them!********
Order placed on the 21st May. Order was promised for the 29th May. Goods were stuck in China for 4 days backwards and forwards to the various Fedex sites there. Then the goods were in Japan on the day they were supposed to be delivered to me. I spoke with Helen. She explained that there were "issues with Covid 19 in the UK". Umm it hadn't left Japan at that stage!
The goods were supposed to be sent via express, in fact I double checked and express is 2 working days not 5 as I had been quoted from Helen.
Hurrah!!!! The goods were finally in the UK after taking a detour Belgium, France, UK then back to France then finally in England. Wait......The goods were send to someone else and that someone else ( who has been very lovely and kind ) had my goods. Helen asked if she would go to the Post Office and send my goods to me. ...and for me to send the other customers goods to her.
This poor lady went to her local PO to find out it was closed, She then had to drive to DHL queue and send the goods to me.
Was it worth it? Umm not really, the curl pattern is nothing like the photos they are more corkscrew this was loose curls, the colour is more red than chestnut and to be honest its not very nice. I have since washed it and the curls have got looser, cool water mild shampoo, curl reviver..nothing works really. So... big thumbs down. Only after insisting that I got a partial refund did one appear. For the hassle I got £60 off. I wont be using this company again. It was an experience I wouldnt want to repeat. Whilst Helen tried to hep the customer service of both Addwigs and Fedex were pretty appalling. I know most reviews are generally good of this company my experience was pretty shambolic. I wouldnt recommend and I would look for a UK or US vendor, yes you would pay slightly more but you would I expect get a better product.

In lockdown especially it’s hard to care for hair, and I knew a wig would be the best option. I ordered various wigs from different brands all promising hi quality thick hair, but have been very disappointed with what I have received.

Finally I ordered from U-Wig, they were efficient and allowed a customisable approach to tailoring the wig. I ordered it and was very impressed with the quality, the presentation, and the little extras they added. The hair has not shed, and is very thick. If you’re like me and have trialled and errored I can assure you that you will get hi quality if you order from Addwigs

The vendor Helen was super helpful. I loved my wigs although one of them was not as full as I’d expected.

Yes the wigs are made in china but most things are.

The customer service has been fantastic with regular communication on whatsapp and my wig arrived exactly as described and feels great.
