Leg room is good for tall people. Bathroom is decent. I would recommend.

Hola e viajado por muchos años en Ado que era un servicio excelente hoy 3 de abril del 2026 viajando en el autobus 0035 de central del norte a Papantla con parada en pozarica.
Un camión apestoso a orines .
Un pésimo viaje asiento muy sucios apesar que en el camino ya casi para llegar a tihuatlan sube un supervisor a la altura de Miahuapan y me pregunto de que sirve que suba el supervisor si la calidad del servicio es pésima un viaje de 5 horas aguantando el holor a orines .

Ninguna manera de cancelar boletos, es una estafa. Por que hubo cambios en mi vida ya perdi 2,400 pesos por boletos que compré 3 días antes de mi viaje y no hay NINGUNA manera de cancelar mis boletos. Estafadores como todos los negocios en Mexico

We pay in US $ because we have not pesos. For 2 tickets ( each 258 pesos) cashier asked 41 $, it was not real exchange rate that day.

No les doy menos porque sí que considero que sus autobuses son cómodos, la app es fácil de usar y tienen precios razonables e incluso buenas promociones pero que te cobren de más y que no haya una atención al cliente que funciona (chat online inservible y correo electrónico que no acepta más correos porque tienen el buzón lleno) es simplemente PENOSO. No te devuelven el importe si cancelas pero tampoco te aplican el supuesto SALDO MAX que acumulas si cancelas, en la siguiente compra. Borraré esta opinión si en oficinas, una vez en México, me lo resuelven pero si no, no.

Quizás para convencerte de que no cojas el avión, dicen que el viaje dura 6 horas, pero en realidad duró casi 12 horas. ¡DOCE!!
Me rompí una uña con las puertas de los portaequipajes, que se cierran violentamente sobre los dedos, mientras que en el baño hay una manija de hierro detrás de la espalda que, si el frena mientras orinas, te rompe la espalda. Estos autobuses son lo más asqueroso que se ha creado jamás por su peligrosidad, deberían ser denunciados. ¡¡Y los llaman autobuses «GL»!!

Bus got moved to 3 days further 3h before it would’ve went, never got cancelled by the staff at the terminal after asking about it, never got my money back, wasted money and took 5h longer to arrive

Please Ado stop playing movies at full volume for 8 hours straight. As being slightly triggered by TVs all my trips in Mexico has been a Nightmare. I can't believe Mexicans can stand it too. You are basically not even allowed to sleep. Looking to join a class action on the matter. It doesn't make any sense.

An error with their website charged my credit card three times for a single ticket, and the company keeps promising to refund it, but it has never come. Seems like a scam to me.

A disappointing experience and a total lack of understanding

I am extremely disappointed with ADO’s customer service. Despite clear explanations regarding the cancellation of our trip – caused by circumstances beyond our control – and the significant consequences this had, they refused to refund the bus tickets purchased.

This lack of flexibility and empathy is unacceptable. Travelers cannot always anticipate the unexpected, and a platform worthy of the name should offer solutions for these exceptional cases. Instead, we are faced with standardized responses, without any consideration for individual situations.

I strongly advise against this platform if you are looking for a service that puts the customer at the center of its concerns. A real disappointment and a total loss of trust.

Took ADO four times during a three-week trip in Mexico and each time it was late on the arrival - last time as much as *3 hours* (broke down outside Oaxaca and instead of sending a new bus to pick passengers up, drove all the way back into town for change of bus, losing good 90 minutes) and we nearly missed our flight in CDMX. (I don't think it's possible to request any kind of delay comp, or at least I couldn't find it).
The WiFi is 60MB limited use so basically useless or good for 10 minutes of googling.
They blast films at full volume, you'll need NC headphones.
The good thing is they have AC and It's an ecological alternative to flying. But don't count on it being on time - it may start on schedule but it will be late on the arrival. (Yes, traffic is quite bad but then just calculate it into the schedule information so that passengers know what to expect).

Communication is really poor. We already started with a 15-minute delay and we experienced heavy traffic and long-standing road works on our trip from CDMX to Oaxaca de Juarez. Even though this is known and common knowledge, ADO still advertises the trip as a 6h-trip.
The reality is that the trip takes two hours longer - but no one mentions it. Please be aware that there can be severe delays with ADO and don‘t rely on the announcements.

De las peores webs de viajes que existen. La he utilizado muchísimas veces, por necesidad, pero tienen una terrible velocidad de carga. Demasiado lenta. Hoy ni siquiera cargo por completo.

Y si lo reporto en redes sociales no solucionan nada. La atención al cliente es pésima porque ya les he escrito innumerables veces por distintos temas.

Oajalá mejorarán, pero parece que cada día el sitio está peor.
