Worst guys, keep calling me for appointment and when I reached there they made me wait for hell lot of a time and then I need to go and they said come another time. Very rude and unprofessional.

These people are here for money
They promise 99% results and its 99% unsuccessful results they really mean from heart.
They play around with people's mind, money, time and feelings.
Hope they get caught with this filthy act .
If we have more people reporting about them, some action can be taken against them soon so they can stop ripping off everyone .It all happened during pandemic
They could have delayed the treatment and not charged full amount of close to 10k if the results were not showing.
It was all false promises.

Their program didn't work for me at all.I sent the two branch an email about it and I dont get any response from them for over a month now.I spent a lot of time coming to their shop and lots of petrol driving every forthnight but I dont see any improvement to my hair.
It was every week when Im still doing it in Sydney but when I moved in Hunter region they made it every 2 weeks which is not what they said to me at first.

Booked appointment for a consultation, received a reminder of the appointment, yet when I arrived, there was nobody there!
Had taken time of work and caught 2 trains to get there, only to find there was nobody there.
Was told I would be contacted to re-arrange, however, four months later, had heard nothing at all.
E-mailed three times asking for a refund and received no response. On my fourth attempt (and sending a letter by post), I finally received a refund.
If that is the kind of service that they provide (prior to any consultation), I would not like to receive any treatment and am going elsewhere.

They are dodgy, I spent $3000 with no result.

I feel ripped off.

I’ve been coming to Advanced Studio for many years. After considering it for a while and being apprehensive I took the plunge and I've been exceptionally happy ever since. The product is great my stylist is an incredibly nice friendly person. I really do not understand the negative comments from some people. The proof is in the end result and i receive a lot of compliments. Im a very happy client and happy to share my experience and recommendation.

Great service, been coming here for 15 years and getting my hair done with Sharon. Amazing staff.

Be warned this company are con artists as many other reviewers have mentioned. Once they have your money they dont give a dam.
I have probably spent near £3000 and my hair is worse then when I started.

The information they provided can be researched yourself and wish I had done that. They are an absolute joke of a company and even openly admit most of the celebrity photos you see are fake results.

Do Not trust them and avoid.

The positive reviews of this place are Fake! This place is full of cons. They promise you what is not possible, even lie that they have had the procedures they offer, even though it is not possible to get those results.
The guy that that will first con you to pay thousands will not be seen again when you attend your appointments. Even though you will not see any results they will try to make out there is progress to con more money out of you. Absolutely disgusting, place should be shut down by trading standards. Please DON'T WASTE your hard earned money in
this dump

I had an interview as manager of this place a few years back. Basically I was told to charge people whatever I thought they could afford depending on what their job was.. An immoral company who sell wigs at massively over inflated prices

Today I had bad experience. So upset. we are not beggars. Spending thousands of dollars. Not getting good Customer Services.

Friendly staff and really good product offerings! Trying their new PRP Hair rejuvenation treatment (only available in their Advanced Hair Studio in Melbourne studio, unfortunately), getting some amazing results! Works for alopecia too, but if you have thinning hair, you can really start to see the difference pretty much after a few months!
