Adventureacademy Reviews

B******t! Charges way more then you agree to and has useless AI customer service that literally does nothing, be ready to permanently lose your money, they dont even refund you when THEY made the mistake to begin with!

a thinly disguised chat site. the lesson content is very poor quality and not engaging. children are encouraged to chat.

as an adult I was able to create an account pretending to be a child and have chat with other children.
I would not use this for my kids. sharing online game worlds as in prodigy is a reasonable compromise as no conversation can occur. but open chat that is actively promoted is dangerous.

My son didn’t even use it for a full month, and the app kept crashing. I asked for a refund and they had said no because I didn’t cancel in time well. All I can say is don’t waste your money on this app it doesn’t work keeps crashing and wouldn’t recommend this to anyone

Tried twice to sign up but sign up pages freezes once you put your account details in and you never get access, had to inform my bank to delete all details from this site, tried customer service and no help at all, be careful as this could be a dodgy site. wont try again

HOW'S THIS EVEN FAIR AS I WAS TOLD UPON REACTIVATING THE ACCOUNT THERE WAS A 12 MONTH GIFT CODE :( BUT NOW YOU'RE TELLING ME THAT'S GONE AND NOW THAT I HAVE REACTIVATED THE ACCOUNT FOR THE 12.99 U NOW WANT TO ALSO RECHARGE ME YET AGAIN THE 29.99 :( . SEE I HAD ACTIVATED THE 29.99 BEFORE THE 12.99 WAS TAKEN SO ALL I WAS SUPPOSED TO HAVE TO BEEN PAYING WAS THE 29.99 ON 2-12-25 BUT YOU ALL TOOK 12.99 AND 29.99 SO BASICALLY $43 WHEN i WAS ONLY SUPPOSED TO BE CHARGED THE 29.99 THIS IS SO UNFAIR AND SAD BECAUSE MY DAUGHTER LIKE ADVENTURE ACADEMY :( BUT I WILL MOST DEFINITELY WRITE A REVIEW ON THE UNFAIRNESS OF YOUR BUSINESS UPON GOING FROM A TRIAL PERIOD TO EITHER A MONTHLY OR YEARLY IF CANCELLED BEFORE THE FREE TRIAL END AND ALL OF THESE HEADACHES I AM GOING THROUGH NOW WHEN I WAS TOLD THERE WAS GONNA BE A GIFT CODE AND NOW THERE'S NOT AND I ADDED THE 29.99 MEMBERSHIP ON THE LAST DAY OF MY FREE TRIAL TO ONLY BE CHARGED 12.99 AND 29.99 SO WHAT SUPPOSEDLY WAS TO BE A 29.99 YEARLY SUBSCRIPTION IS BASICALLY ALMOST $45 A YEARLY SUBSCRIPTION WHICH IS LIKE FALSE ADVERTISEMENT TO SOME DEGREE :( AND UNFAIR

THEN THEY SO CALLED SENT ME A GIFT CODE THAT I WAS SUPPOSEDLY GONNA BE ABLE TO USE AFTER REACTIVATING AND NOW I REACTIVATED AND NOW TOLD THE GIFT CODE IS GONE BECAUSE THEY REFUNDED THE MONEY WHEN THE CONVERSATION YESTERDAY STATED UPON CANCELLATION AND REFUNDING WHEN YOU REACTIVATE THERE WILL BE A 12 MONTH GIFT CODE FOR YOU TO REDEEM AND NOW I HAVE REACTIVATED AND NOBODY KNOWS NOTHING ABOUT THE GIFT CODE SMH JUST

BE CAREFUL AND KNOW THAT THE 29.99 MAY NOT BE WHAT YOU END UP PAYING IN THE LONG RUN :(

This is garbage its more like a game - barley any learning aspect to it. I paid for 6 months and I wish I could get a refund

This App scares me. It will not allow you to connect to their servers if you are using a VPN. Why do they want to know your child’s location? Why won’t they allow parents to protect their children? They took my money for a year and when I raised this issue with them, they said I was wrong and it must be my slow internet due to being on a vpn. Sooooo, I sent them a video of me doing a speed test with my internet over 150Mbs with the VPN and then their app failing. They never got back to me and never gave a refund.
