The house was perfectly located, the rooms were ideal and the kitchen well equipped. We were greeted and taken care of andeverything was very easy-going, from beginning to end. Our students felt great and really enjoyed it.

We stayed at the cidermakers farmhouse bristol for a stag do for 24 of us. We all had an amazing time! The venue was unreal, all clean, well organised, catered to everyone's needs! Booking process through AC was well organised, not stressful or rushed at any point.
Would definitely love to stay st the venue again and will definitley use AC in the future for any stag dos or other events!

Unfortunately, our experience with Adventure Connections for our hen weekend was very disappointing.

The property was in a poor state when we arrived and did not meet our expectations. It was visibly dirty, with mouldy cups, random clothes left in drawers, broken blinds, and a broken drinks table. There was also a lack of basic cooking utensils, making it difficult to cater for a group.

To make matters worse, there were no cleaning supplies available, and only one key was provided for a hen party of 15 people, which was extremely inconvenient throughout the weekend.

Communication was also an issue. The person who was supposed to be our point of contact for the weekend was off work, and we struggled to get hold of anyone when we needed assistance.

Overall, the property felt poorly maintained and not properly prepared for guests. Unfortunately, this had a negative impact on what should have been a special weekend.

This house is brilliant. Adventure connections have been great is all communication and making sure everything went smoothly.
The house is perfect for a stag do. We had 25 of us. Spread over 11 bedroom with multiple bathrooms and en suites, this house was a great spec that don't feel overcrowded.
Great size social spaces and facilities.

I booked my hen party at Rhos Sea Manor and honestly couldn’t have asked for a better experience. The house itself was incredible - beautiful, spacious, and perfect for a special weekend with loved ones.

From start to finish, the homeowners and Adventure Connections were attentive, flexible, and so helpful throughout the whole process. Nothing felt like too much trouble, and they made everything so easy and stress-free for us.

I would highly recommend Rhos Sea Manor for any group celebration or getaway. We had the most amazing time and made memories we’ll never forget!

We stayed at the Brighton pavilion gatehouse, we had a fab weekend, we celebrated our bride to be with a group of 24 people, the house was spacious and very well equipped, and in a great central area that’s close to everything! Grace at adventure connections was great too.

Just celebrated our bride to be at Brighton’s pavilion gatehouse. 24 of us and was perfect. Brilliant location for brightons nightlife. The house is very spacious and perfect for what we needed. Would absolutely reccomend for a big party booking!!

I honestly can’t thank this company enough for organising the most incredible hen do for my best friend! From start to finish, everything was planned perfectly and ran so smoothly.

The team was professional, responsive, and made the whole process completely stress-free. They really listened to what we wanted and brought it all together in a way that exceeded our expectations. Every detail was taken care of, which meant we could just relax and enjoy the weekend.

We recently used Adventure Connections for a uni reunion. We had a lovely property in the New Forest- Hideaway Lodge. All the staff at Adventure Connections were professional and helpful, assisting us with finding a suitable property which was suitable for our stay. Sam and Grace were our point of contact, and made sure our visit was planned to our needs. Nothing was too much trouble, queries were answered in a timely manner. We used Adventure Connections for my sisters Hen Do and stayed at an incredible house in Manchester. They planned and sorted all the details of the activities we wanted to include, and checked in every step of the way. Communication and customer service were absolutely fantastic from start to finish and I’d definitely recommend planning big events through them! Can’t fault them at all.

Used Adventure Connections for a stag do in Bristol - was unreal! They handled everything and were super helpful. Questions were answered quickly and the house was just what we were after. Would def use again

Nice house, good service

Do NOT book through this company. Wish I had read the reviews before. I booked and paid through the phone for everything with Sam as I was having trouble accessing the portal so was told not to worry and everything can be done over the phone. I asked for the location of this accommodation after payment and was told they couldn't release the address until closer to the time but it would be in the centre of the northern quarter and a close walk. (Fair)

Paid in full, and was told yep that's everything done! Nothing else needed now and you'll get your check in details closer to the time. Brilliant.

Until 2 days prior to the event I get an email requesting another £500 for a security deposit which I was not told about when booking/ anywhere throughout the process. Never mind leaving it 2 days before like I have £500 just sat in the bank! Caused me so much stress that I didn't need.

Day of the event - Turns out another group of 20 girls were also at the accommodation sharing access to the hot tub which is advertised as though you get it included in your apartment ( it was in the basement) which we were told nothing about and made it seem like this was an accommodation you got to yourselves. The locks didn't even work so no security to the property at all and it was a 25 minute walk to the northern quarter, (not a short walk at all)

The customer service you get is shocking don't bother. False advertisement and once they have your money they don't care.

The mirror in the bedroom had been knocked off the wall by accident and they kept £120 back to replace a B&M cheap mirror. Joke!

I booked one of these smart houses for my 40th birthday and paid in full 6 weeks in advance. 3 days before check-in, Adventure Connections called to say the owner of the house had cancelled the booking without explanation.

When I asked how this was possible they said it just is. For some bizarre reason, Adventure Connections’ business model allows the owners of the houses to cancel ANY time (including the day before). Even when fully paid (which begs the question as to why pay deposits, what exactly are you paying for when you pay in advance?)

AC offered me 2 different houses - 1 was £900 more than my booking, the other had 3x 1-star reviews saying the owner had swindled guests out of their deposits (the ’Grand Lothian Retreat’). Both options unacceptable.

I asked for my money back so I could book somewhere else, AC said it would take 28 days. They offered to do it in 5, but this meant I was out of pocket until after my birthday weekend, so I was unable to book anywhere else.

I asked for a BACS transfer to get my money back the same day. They refused, citing something about anti-money-laundering (difficult to believe given there were legitamate transactions, and an email paper trail between me and them).

Had friends travelling from Oz for this, they had nowhere to stay, had £100’s of food bought (pal is a chef) - all wasted, couldn’t even book a restaurant as it was so short notice. 40th birthday party for 16 people utterly ruined; complete shambles.

Please beware: if you are booking with these guys, YES they have smart houses, NO, you are no guaranteed the booking - even if you pay in full - it can be cancelled by the owner any time.

Great accommodation, smooth process with good communication and understand of our large groups needs. Would recommend to anyone looking to plan a weekend away for a group of friends or family. Thank you
