I was impressed with the onboarding experience and the effort placed forward during a 14 day trial period.

This place is a complete clown show and is a SCAM all the way. They do not know how to talk, get people on boards and most of the people involved on the websites have been involved in frauds in past. I own numerous business's and I would fire everyone of the people I delt with before I was off the phone with them. TERRIBLE TERRIBLE company!!!!!

Great deal and answers to my questions. I tried the platform twice before under trials, but this time, the timing seemed to be right!

Rose makes Advisory Cloud worthwhile

The onboarding process was very simple and having the ability to be listed as an advisory board member will help my qualifications.

More systematic approach needed to board matches or selection. Not clear how to engage company executives in any meaningful way

Bradley was great at walking me through the Advisory Cloud platform and highlighting potential ways I can contribute as a board member to various companies' success and earn back some of my investment (I understand this is not guaranteed). He was also a great listener, which is always appreciated.

Trixia was great in explaining the process and benefits to becoming an advisor. She had clearly done a lot of work ahead of meeting me and providing me a tailored description of what the potential can be for me as an advisor.

Rhosebelle was thorough and super helpful in walking me through how to use the platform. She was also thoughtful with discussing my overall goals and how the platform can assist me with those as a business owner and potential board member.

I am extremely disappointed with my experience with Advisory Cloud. Their billing practices are misleading and lack transparency. I was placed on a trial period under the assurance that their representative would contact me before any charges were applied. That never happened.

Despite never using their services and explicitly informing them via email that I did not wish to proceed, I was still charged without my consent. This practice raises serious concerns about their compliance with fair business standards and consumer protection laws.

I have attempted to resolve this issue through numerous emails, providing clear evidence that I never agreed to these charges. Instead of addressing the situation fairly, their customer service was unhelpful and dismissive. This is not how a reputable company should operate.

Consumers should be very cautious when dealing with Advisory Cloud. I strongly encourage anyone considering their services to carefully review their policies and be aware of potential unauthorized charges. If you find yourself in a similar situation, know that you have rights under California’s consumer protection laws to dispute unfair business practices.

I will be escalating this issue to the appropriate consumer protection authorities to ensure that no one else falls victim to unclear and unauthorized billing practices.

This to me is a total scam. They want to charged the advisors almost $200.00 a month to be an advisor. Which is ridiculous.

I recieved a very detailed onboarding session that made me feel comfortable with the platform. The platform is easy to use and I joined 5 boards after the call.

Very friendly, personable, patient, helpful and knowledgeable.
