I'm very much enjoying my Aeroband guitar. I've been playing for some 60 years and have had many different guitars. The Aeroband is unique, very pleasurable to play, and as much like a real guitar as an electronic instrument is likely to ever get.

I had a problem with the guitar case that came with the guitar; the carry handle kept slipping off its attachments. I asked Aeroband about it, and without hesitation they shipped me a new case at no charge to me. I've rarely dealt with such great customer service, and I recommend them to anyone considering an electronic guitar.

I initially bought an Aeroband guitar, then I bought a drum set… they are great products, fast delivery and very good product. The guitar can be played in various places because of its long battery life and it's also portable for travel. The drum set is also very good. Both have a MIDI option, and I believe that with future updates there will be a loop option for recording different sounds and effects… getting better with each update.

As for the PocketDrum Max 2, don't waste your time or money. This is an idea that should have stayed in the development room and studied in greater detail. In drumming one missed strike while playing is devastating much like missing a note while playing a piano. With that said it should be evident to anyone who plays a musical instrument. If all you can produce is sour notes that are off beat, put that instrument down. Pick one that works. There is no substitute for a well played instrument still to this day, 17th,May, 2026. I my humble opinion.

Within the first year of having my AeroBand guitar, an issue developed with the guitar neck. I contacted customer service, explaining the problem and providing pictures. There was no hesitation in their response and with the replacement! They kept me up to date with shipping and even several emails checking the progress and my satisfaction. The replacement arrived in a timely manner, and it works perfectly. I could not be more pleased with customer support, and Kurt especially. Well done!

I could not find the extra guitar strings inside the guitar case, and when I inquired about this, AeroBand immediately dispatched this to me. On time delivery and great service.
The instruments also got delivered as per the sepcs.

My experience with Aeroband has been really good, I found the ordering process super easy (I also got a $25 Discount for Mothers Day), When I ordered the guitar I received an email saying there might be a slight delay - because of busyness- there was no delay I had it delivered to my door in less then a week. I have never played guitar before thats why the not needing to tune and easy chord was such a highpoint for me.

I bought these drumsticks to start learning drums, and I’ve been using them for several months now. I was really attracted by the idea of being able to play silently, as well as the space-saving aspect.

My order arrived quickly and the product was very well packaged.

Overall, I think it’s a good product for beginners, for learning and discovering drumming, but I probably wouldn’t use it in the long term.

The positive points include the sound quality, the fairly realistic rebound feel, and the versatility of the system (earbuds, Bluetooth speaker connection, GarageBand support, computer compatibility, etc.). The battery life is also quite good and lasts a long time between charges.

However, the drumsticks sometimes lack precision. The Bluetooth connection occasionally disconnects during a session, or the sound does not match the area being played (for example, I hit the snare drum but hear the floor tom instead). Since there is no actual physical drum kit, the playing zones are extremely sensitive — even a tiny movement can trigger another drum sound.

Another downside is the learning software included with the product. It feels very outdated, not intuitive at all, and the overall design is extremely basic. It does not make the learning experience particularly enjoyable or user-friendly.

As a result, you often need to recalibrate the system or stay very focused on your movements. It can make it difficult to fully relax and get completely immersed in playing.

I have used my Aeroband MIDI Guitar daily for over a year now. I love it and the customer service for me has been really good, like I get an answer the next day or sooner sometimes. Each update seems to make things work a little better and the update they just did, gives you a lot more onboard instrument possibilities although the software updates are a bit "Clunky" to install and could be thought out better for those who are not very computer literate. I really like the little sound fix they made where a strum doesn't stop abruptly and rings out completely like a real instrument would. Sound is really good now. The Dual tone mode is nice, it gives you a fuller sound with a "backup" piano or electric piano playing along. I'm sure more backup instruments are coming from them. After playing with the given Drum loops they offer, I must say there are many more, but they seem to have removed the other ones that I thought were really good. I don't like the news ones. They are just weird, but don't get me wrong, this is a fantastic instrument and I love it! I like how this thing evolves over time.

This Aeroband MIDI Guitar has brought back the joy of performing. My painful arthritic hands were keeping me from playing along with my band. I have found some interesting techniques to quickly program for the next song while the guys prepare. Yeah some "purists" find it offensive to have something like this but I think they are just jealous. This company gets back to me within a day or two when I question something. My only worry is what happens if they quit supporting software someday, are we S.O.L.? I have seen a work around for this possibility online, but it means you cannot update the computer or you lose it as I understand it. So far so good.
Some things to fix:
I would like it if they would allow for an Eb in the EasyChord software because I have sometimes used all my "D's" and it won't let me program an Eb configuration so that's somewhat annoying. Also, I used to like the feature on EasyChord the background color for the Chord letters were colored because it was easier to associate it with the colors on the guitar fret indicators on the neck.
Also I have noticed that the EasyChord strings when programmed for an "F" chord and some other chords as well, Aeroband plays an "E" on low E string which is not in an "F" chord, it should program an "F" there. I noticed that problem elsewhere in other chords, and tried to research it online to see if I am crazy, it seems the "E" is sometimes left in when people play because they have trouble omitting that string 6 but that's really a dumb excuse. Another thing is the software updates are a bit clunky and challenging if you are not as computer literate. Yes, not perfect but this thing has been an absolute joy for me to be lead singer in gigs and play along as well. Again, Thanks Aeroband for bringing back this joy to me.

Never get into a rut, just change coarse and indulge into the versatility of this great instrument.

If you’re looking for a great electric guitar that makes several different sounds then search no further. This company will take care of your needs and replace things if there’s an issue and make things right!

I was initially put off by the price but eventually bought the guitar. I was a part time player but couldn't find the time or motivation to continue with a traditional guitar.
The Aeroband guitar has renewed my enthusiam. No getting it in tune before playing.
I had a concern that one string sounded flat so emailled support. They responded quickly and when I didn't answer them, they contacted me again.
Issue was resolved first time.

This is absolutely the worst company I have ever dealt with in my life of 46 years. I bought this as a present for my son for Christmas and it did not turn out to be what he expected so I contacted them and they sent me a label to return the item and it was invalid as I tried to send back the very next day. They then would not respond to emails and would randomly send generic emails saying we’re sorry why haven’t you returned the product yet? And beg you to keep the guitar saying we will refund you 50% of the cost to keep it. Tragic! It took me 4 months of emails to banks trading standards to get my money back and return the product and I have only been made to feel by this company that it’s my fault. They’re full of apologies that mean absolutely nothing. Do not buy anything from this company unless you want a complete headache and be out of pocket. Look at their other reviews! Im sure they will reply to this that I was at fault, but who wants to keep somthing worth £320 sat in a box they don’t want for 4 months to get their money back? Absolutely no one! If you do buy from them, I wish you all the best, but you have been warned. Also for all the inconvenience, it cost me money to get my money back. Good luck 🫣

Amazing customer service, ready, precise, trustable. My aeroband guitar stop to work, I just drop a mail and they supported and followed up until the problem was completely solved. I really appreciate the service and now enjoy my guitar.
