Ordered 12 pod seed pack. Only two came up. Pretty sure they were old seeds. They would not honor the warranty which says they will replace any seeds that don’t sprout! Buy from an honest company!

I have had 6 pod aero gardens for about 10 years. I tried to grow different plants and herbs but narrowed it down to basil which was easy to grow. I enjoyed having fresh basil during the winter. Until 2 years ago when only half the pods I purchased sprouted and I had to request replacements which they sent. I notice they have been bought out by Scott’s as part of Miracle Grow. I ordered 12 pods and only 7 of them sprouted. The friendly pleasant customer service representatives have been replaced by Ilysa the She Wolf of the SS. She asked dozens of questions that must be answered correctly in addition to providing the model number and vat number. When did you plant the pod how tall is it when do you put in the food etc etc and then slipping in that my gardens MAY need replacing. Which of course is the goal because SCOTT’S is not going to make money on $3 seed pods especially when half of them don’t sprout. I replied I will NOT be replacing my “gardens” I will pitching them into the trash. Although Ilysa basically accused me of lying as she insisted ALL the pods are subject to rigorous testing and 99% of them are perfect. I expect that Scott’s will be tossing Aerogarden overboard shortly

I have used aerogarden for 4 years. Lately I have had trouble with seeds not sprouting. When I contacted them to send me new pods, they gave me a list of 15 things I had to do before they would replace the pods.
It was ridiculous for a product that cost less than $20 for the 9 pod kit.

I ordered a nine seed pod grow anything yet from AeroGarden. I assume discovered after none of the plants germinated that seeds were not included, so I went on the site again and ordered what I thought was a seed pod kit only to find out I got the same nine seedless sponge pods. I wrote to the company asking where I could buy the seeds and they told me they don’t sell the seeds which is totally ridiculous, they said if I wanted seeds, I have to go out and purchase them somewhere else. This is no way to run a company. I am very disappointed with AeroGarden.

My credit card was charged 3 times for over $600 from this "company". There is no phone number to contact them. I had to cancel my credit card. Also, the order numbers were bogus. Not sure what is going with this "company". Beware!

I been using 2 gardens over 5 years-WhatHappened!! 30% of pods don't work(ordered42) No customer service-the Company has gone down the drain!!!NOT WORTH THE HASSLE

Pods did not sprout. Using their website has a domain issue and you can’t request a replacement

Very unhappy with your customer service you can no longer talk to anyone on the phone also when chatting after stating your problems they just switch you to a page for you to sign up with a ridiculous amount. Out of 6 pots only 2 are going. IN THE FUTURE I WILL BE GOING TO AMAZON. VERY UNHAPPY. I WILL TELL EVERYONE THAT HAS ONE AND MORE OF MY RECENT PROBLEM

I have AeroGarden and Click and Grow. The Clock and Grow always grow beautifully, but AeroGarden pods rarely sprout. The best scenario is getting four out of six pods. In the last ones, I got only one plant come up. Two appeared empty; the others had sprouted and immediately died. The AeroGarden is much cheaper than Click and Grow, but in the end, it is not worth the money.

I never in my life had such bad customer service. I bought 8 units of Aerogarden Farm 24XL. Just to discover that the stacking kit is not available in Canada. After contacting the “customer support” got a standard email that they don’t ship to Canada. What ever I write receive standardized emails. This company really SUCKS!!! Totally unreliable for investing your money. I have unpacked 2 of the 24 XL’s both have issue with holes and the unit is cheaply built.

Save your money and energy and buy from a real company with real people. I do not recommend doing any business with this company.

I have two AeroGardens. The first needed a pimp replacement. The second has a touch panel that doesn’t work so that pump also won’t work. Identical lettuce seeds planted at the same time in each garden are 80% larger in size in the AeroGarden with the replaced pump than with the defective touch panel garden. I am hesitant to spend more money in repairs or parts or to make referrals to other prospective buyers regarding this product when replacements parts are needed on a continuous basis.

Aerogarden.com no longer shipping to Canada as of Nov. 2022. No notice to customers, I'm still getting promo emails. I have bought 6 machines and invested a huge amount. I'm using all of the machines. They are actually fine, but this ridiculous corporate decision not to send anything to their Canadian market is outrageous. I can't find certain products anywhere but their online store. Some items are on amazon, but at hugely overrated price points that make this cost prohibitive. Terrible decision.

Spent 400 eur to buy my hydroponic garden in the EU.
And now the company has cut there sales to the EU, and my garden is useless now as I can't order seed pods or spare parts for my garden. So i can't recommend them.

i purchased a 45 watt flat panel growlight from aerogarden in 2021. i broke the adaptor which goes from wall outlet to growlight .this company will not sell me this part. evidently these people do not speak english. customer service gets a 0000000......in my opinion.

I tried to put together an Farm XL24. However, the screw wholes for the frame were out of alignment. So I could not even put the unit together after trying for over an hour. Stay away from AeroGarden. They seem to have no quality control.

My daughter in Chicago sent me, via Amazon the Harvest in home garden system with pods. I live in Virginia. On opening the sealed system I discovered that it was missing a power cord adapter. Without this it will not work. I contacted AeroGarden’s Customer Care but they cannot be reached by telephone, only means of communication is by email or chat line. I spoke via the chat line and their unhelpful response is to contact Amazon. How helpful is that!!!! It means I would have to send the product back to my daughter in Chicago and then she would have to try to rectify this error. I will NOT be dealing with AeroGarden again and will definitely NOT be recommending AeroGarden to anyone. It’s made me appreciate companies with robust Custom Service.

I have spent so much money buying pods and food. The pods don’t sprout or sprout and die. I’ve done everything instructed but nothing works. A waste of money.

Two out of five lettuce sprouting after two weeks. Disappointing.

I was so excited to get my aerogarden. It was very expensive but I thought I'd save money by growing some produce. .....well, that never happened! What I got was pods that didn't sprout..2 out of the first 6 was all that I got..the next set, I got 1 on my next set and it got moldy before it grew very big. So I've spent over $200 for the unit, seed pods and plant food and all I've gotten was 2 small hands full of lettuce! 😡🤬 I'm still waiting for the replacement pods, to show up! That was weeks ago. I wish I'd looked at the reviews BEFORE I ordered it. This company is a rip off, which makes me livid! I can't afford to waste money and that is all this is!!

Update!: Aerogarden has now refused my request "return to sender" with FedEx. This violates their return policy. It also violates the instructions I was given by Aerogarden agents both in email and their online chat. The package is in transit and will now continue to me - their policy was to return it to sender before it arrives. Does this make sense to anyone? I contacted Amazon Pay, who processed the payment, and they have never heard of such a bizarre policy and business dealings and are looking into Aerogarden.

Worst ordering experience I have ever had.
I tried to cancel the order immediately after placing at 4pm. Created an online Aerogarden account, but no option to cancel. Called the 1800 number (message said staff working from home). Tried online chat, but it was closed. I submitted a request to cancel through their website with 6 minutes of ordering.

The next morning I received an email from Aerogarden that cancellation was not possible, and I was instructed to request "return to sender" with FedEx to cancel the order (Aerogarden chat agent also confirmed).

FedEx has been trying their best to fill my request to return to sender (as Aerogarden instructed me), but Aerogarden will not accept their calls - the sender needs to approve the "return to sender" for FedEx to return to sender. Even the FedEx agents agree this is a crazy scam.
