Ich rate jedem ab, dort zu bestellen, wenn man nicht sicher ist ob man die Artikel behalten will.
Ich habe meine Ware retourniert, da sie nicht gepasst hat. Im Nachhinein wurde mir der Betrag trotzdem in Rechnung gestellt, da die Ware angeblich kaputt dort ankam. Das kann nicht sein, da ich den BH nie getragen habe! Im Endeffekt kann man nicht mit denen reden, es kommt immer wieder der gleiche Standardtext kam. Kundenservice fehlanzeige…

Not trustworthy!! Hands off this brand!

Products that are in unused condition are claimed to be damaged and stained so that the company does not need to refund this! After complaining about this, the item is simply being disposed without my consent. As the returned product was not refunded, it is still my possession. I find it deeply disturbing that the company simply throws away my stuff. This is not even legal.

Will NEVER buy anything from here again.

I placed an order during the sales period, a set of underwear- briefs and a bra. I paid for the set and delivery, the delivery is quite expensive, but in general, I was ready to pay it for a set of underwear. A few days later, I received an email that the order had been sent, and there were only one briefs in the order. The following letter came with the return of the bra, I wrote to support, since I was not ready to buy one briefs with delivery at the same price
Karolina from support helped me a lot with the return of briefs and money for delivery, was very patient and answered all my questions

I hope in the future the company will set up a system to track the actual quantity of goods in stock or at least inform customers before shipping that some items are out of stock

As others have mentioned, returns are impossible. The sizing online is ambiguous and my order made me look ridiculous. I got a gift card that is completely wasted and I feel terrible for the person who gave it to me. The customer service is plain rude and I wasn't allowed to exchange a very expensive order. I will never order from there again and you shouldn't either. Instead, find a store that sells good quality lingerie near you and go into the store. You will support your local store and get what you want.

Despite initially refusing my refund because the return date had passed but after explaining that it was a Christmas present bought early, Agent Provocateur agreed to the refund. I am very satisfied with the outcome having given them a little time to re-examine their decision.

Ich war großer Fan des "Images" von AP. Als ich dann im Warenwert von über 300 EUR dort bestellt hatte, kamen Produkte an, die leider nicht einwandfrei waren (verschmutzt und falsche Größen). Also retournierte ich einen Teil. Ich war geschockt als ich dann plötzlich aufgefordert wurde die GESAMTE Ware zu bezahlen. Uneinsichtig und ohne jegliches Verständnis..

Ich glaube, dass AP den Bach heruntergeht.. Schade!!!!

Great service after damaged parcel.
Order was smooth, delivered on time but packaging was damaged. Emailed customer services and within 24 hours they resolved it given me a choice of action, great service, hot product!

Extrem schlechter Kundenservice.
Habe mehrere Artikel bestellt die ich Teilweise retourniert habe.Auf die Bearbeitung und Gutschrift eines Artikels musste ich 6 Wochen warten und mehrere Mails schreiben .
Ein weiterer zurückgesendeter Artikel wurde nicht als Retoure registriert und es wurde behauptet der Artikel sei nicht zurückgeschickt worden.Eine Absolute Frechheit.Habe sowas noch nie erlebt.
Hohe Preisklasse und miserabler Service.Telefonisch kann man Niemanden erreichen. Nie wieder!!
Nur Ärger!!!

Issues with returning order. Sent it back month ago. No refund and customer service does not respond to emails. What a shame for such a brand.

Ich habe eine Retoure auf der Seite von Agent Provocateur veranlasst, habe deren Aufkleber und Spedition genommen. Fracht bezahlt (!) und versendet.
17.10.2023 habe ich das Paket aufgegeben, seit dem 26.10. steht die Lieferung auf der AP Seite auf "Transit".
Seit EINEM Monat versuche ich jetzt den Verbleib des Pakets heraus zu finden aber AP hat kein Interesse und ist absolut destruktiv! Es geht hier um Ware im Wert von ca. 1200 €. Habe ich so noch nie erlebt!

Do your self a favor NEVER buy from them when you are placed outstide of EU!!

CRAP customer services, I have been returning a shopping now for the 4th time and they keep rejecting the parcel - simple due to there incompetent warehouse in NL - just because Swiss is based outside EU and they don't want to pay for import taxes of there own S....! WE WERE A VERY HAPPY CUSTOMER THAT HAVE SPEND OVER 10.000 OF EURO AND THIS IS HOW THEY TREAT YOU

WE EVEN OFFERT THEM TO EXCHANGE IT AT THEIR BOUTIQUE BUT NO U PURCHAGED IT ONLINE SO IT HAS TO BE RETUNED THAT WAY

I STILL HAVE GOT MY MONEY BACK AND HAVE THE PARCEL NOW SINCE STUNNING 20.01.2023 and SPEND OVER CHF IN SHIPPING COST SINCE THE CUSTOMER PAYS THE RETURN!
