Great service, Very professional indeed, I would recommend to family & friends

AVOID! Do not buy from this company that’s based in Southall. They claim to be professional, but actually you have teenagers coming out to take blind measurements. They demand a deposit/upfront payment, but never come back to correct any work. They stop acknowledging you after a while, and even block you on all avenues so you can’t make contact. They make up lies and gas light you, making you believe you’re in the wrong. Appalling service start to finish, I wish I never used them!

TLDR - These people will overcharge you, do a crap job, then refuse to remedy the work or even give a refund.

I used A&H blinds a few years ago, and got decent blinds and good installation at a reasonable price.

I needed replacement blinds, so decided to go with them again. This time around it couldn't have been a worse experience.

First red flag should have been that they had hiked up their prices by a whopping 500%. I should have walked away; actually realising how bad it was now makes me question why I ever went through with it, but I knew they had a specific type that worked well last time and I didn't want to spend too long without blinds on the new windows, and I was in a fortunate position to prioritise convenience over price.

That was my first mistake. On the day of installation, I noted that the frames looked wonky. The guy doing the installation was pushy and combative, and said to just try it for a few days and I'd see that it works fine.

Mistake number 2. Obviously not only were the frames still wonky but they barely blocked out any light. Worth mentioning here these are specifically called "perfect fit blackout blinds."

After a week or so I said I wanted a replacement or refund. I was told they'd get in touch with the supplier and I'd hear back. Weeks go by. No update. I get in touch to ask what's going on and get fobbed off with a noncommittal answer. This repeats.

Bear in mind it was 11 days between them coming to measure and the original blinds being ready. But now it takes months for the same supplier to issue replacements?

This goes on for 2 months. I then ask for a refund outright. I get asked to give them one more week. Can you guess what happened?

It's now 9 days since that happened and I messaged to formally request a refund per the Consumer Rights Act 2015. I figure they've got to know that this won't go in their favour, but I should have known better. I get told they "can't issue a refund" and "these things take time."

I'm now going to check in with my bank to get a chargeback, or the financial ombudsman.

Total scam.

Don't buy from this company they misleading and run away with your money, I have ordered a sofa in mai 2024 and was told it would take 4 to 6weeks to arrive, I have given them the deposit of £300 and the rest would be paid on arrival which is the remaining £900, I have not heard from them until I started to chase when my delivery would arrive I have tried to contact them but with no response, I personally went back to the warehouse and was assured give us 3weeks and you definitely get it, 3 weeks finished and nothing was delivered, I asked for my money and was told I won't get my deposit back, they're scam and take your money that was worked hard for away and just treat you badly. I don't recommend anyone to buy from them as they will take your money and have no product they selling. Be very Careful.

Ordered blinds for my whole house, its come out really nice, never thought it would look this nice, Top stuff from start to finish, highly recommend to friends & family
