I booked a Toyota Yaris and I got similar car, Nissan Note, which was ok for me. The car was clean like other cars that were taken at same time.
I paid 250 euro deposit which I got back within a month. I had small accident causing small damage. I paid for the damage and I got all the documents necessary for making a claim at the insurance company.
I must prize the professionalism of the employee Eugen who prepared all documents and gave me instructions how to make images in order to make valid and eligible claim in the insurance company.

Don’t rent a car from this company! Paid my deposit on debit card, i returned the vehicle nearly 5 weeks ago and still haven’t received the deposit back! We even received an email to say the car was completely fine upon return!

Brilliant, eady to deal with, straightforward, good value for money. Used the Limassol branch and made the €250 credit card deposit (although had taken out a full year’s worldwide car excess in the UK for only £60 - recommend that through a Which? Recommended provider, so didn’t need their insurance).

After reading many horror stories about car rentals in Larnaca I found this gem with good reviews so thought I’d carry on the trend to help others. The booking was flawless and a cheap comparison to others. The building is about 5 mins from the airport and someone from AIDA will pick you up and drop you off from the airport. They will message when you land and ask you to message when near the exit as they can’t wait outside long so you’ll wait for 5 mins for them to arrive and take you to the compound where the process is so smooth. They lock €250 for deposit which was returned during my week stay anyway so I had no problem there. I had a Kia Picanto which was suitable for 2 people considering luggage. I took out my own personal insurance for extra security at only £2 per day. I was also able to take the car to Northern Cyprus but at my own risk, which I took. The drop off process was smooth. We missed our flight due to massive ques at the airport (arrive very early at Larnaca in the late evening) so we contacted AIDA for the car again in the hope this was possible, they couldn’t have helped more, they came back to pick us up at 10pm and gave us the same car for a days rate, the payment was made by phone so we wasn’t hanging around. The drop back was again smooth and I seriously couldn’t recommend this company enough, brilliant customer service l, very friendly staff and they also give you a mobile contact number throughout which is a great personal touch.

Cannot recommend this company enough, they communicate with us throughout, we gave a very personal service from them. Rod has given us a number to make our service impeccably smooth throughout. We have used some really bad , car rental services in the passed that have left me quite anxious about the whole process of renting and this is always seamless. They have never let us down. I wouldn't use anybody else.

Still waiting for my deposit to be returned since the 16 August, I’ve emailed them a few times and the (one) email they answered saying check your card issuer’s, I’ve contacted my bank and they said no attempt has been made by aida into your bank account, BEWARE!

Quick, easy to use, and value for money.

Possibly the easiest car rental firm I’ve ever dealt with. Genuine, friendly, and helpful; they were great! I’d happily recommend and use them in future.

Fast, friendly, and efficient. There were no little plastic desks to identify certain sized issues, no spotlighting of the car to identify the slightest mark, no rubbing their hands around the timer to find the slightest bit of damage. It was an honest, family run firm who started and finished a great holiday!

Cyprus as a gorgeous country and must be enjoyed with the freedom of a rental car. From the Akamas peninsula to Ayia Napa, there is so much to see that the hotels and organised tours can’t show you. Get a car and see the real Cyprus!

They will collect and return you to the airport as they are not on the Airport grounds so are a great deal cheaper than other car hire companies
