During my stay in during in Dubai, I took services of IV Therapy from Aims HealthCare.. I found the team extremely professional and arrived in 30 mins.

Worst service ever! I had taken a flu shot 7 months back during which time i hadnt asked for a certificate. Now I need the certificate since I would be travelling for Hajj. When I asked them to just provide proof of the vaccination I had taken back then I was refused this. At the health centre I was told that I had a right to get the cert since I had actually taken it. All they had to do was provide me with a soft copy by checking the emirates ID I had provided at the time of the vaccine. They do this just to exort money for another vaccine which I really do not need within a year of having taken. And the customer service was so rude and not cooperative. Don't use their services please! Worst service ever!

This company is extremely unprofessional.
I booked a night nurse to start newborn care for my baby, we agreed the fee and exchanged details and chose the “nurse”.
8pm-8am was the agreed hours.
7.58pm the company called to explain the nurse was “sick”. That she called then 30 minutes prior to inform them.
Firstly, people get sick I understand but to call 30 minutes before she was supposed to work is unprofessional but for the company to then let me know 2 minutes before she is due to start is so poor it’s actually unbelievable.
Avoid the company.
I wish I viewed all these 1 * reviews beforehand.

Please this is an evil company. They lack empathy towards their employees. I recently joined the company and the toxic stories from majority of the employees/now ex employees were terrifying and then i was treated the same. I had an accident on a Saturday morning on my way to work and got badly injured due to which i was unable to get to work. HR told me I won’t get my salary (i even earned an incentive) as I didn’t submit a month’s notice and they had no one to replace me. How are you supposed to give a month’s notice for an accident???? I need the money now more than ever for my treatment. This is not the first instance, I’ve heard from previous employees that they often hire people on visit visa, let go of them once their visa expires and don’t pay them. The lack of empathy and humanity in this company is astonishing. Please beware before opting this company.

I regret to share my extremely disappointing experience working for Aims Healthcare Company in Dubai.
Not recommended to any potential employee.

The worst company in Dubai that must be closed immediately!!! I will take legal action against you. This place and unprofessional people must be punished for the problems they brought to us. I HAVE a bruise for 2 weeks already on my arm, and I’m doing IV in a state clinics which never give pain even. We booked them for IV for 3 persons, all of us had bleeding in arms, blood was everywhere:clothes and furniture in house !! 🩸 after we sent them the pictures of bruises they stopped replying and didn’t apologize as like it’s normal!!! This company is scary and on the arrival they will ask you to pay 7000 for 3 IVs while the price on the phone they mention is 650 AED per person.

Be prepared to get ripped off. My daughter and I were quoted 20,250 dirhams because we both had a fever!

Took their doctor on call service yesterday and they were spot on. The process to get in touch with them is so simple and the medical team is thorough professional.

Services and staff was good! Highly recommended. No hidden charges, complete transparency.
