PROVIDED WHAT I WANTED WHICH WAS A ROOM FOR ONE NIGHT, VERY GOOD FOOD AND ABLE TO LEAVE MY CAR THERE FOR DURATION OF HOLIDAY. TRANSPORT BACK AND TO HOTEL SPOT ON

Recommend this venue. Easily found, reception staff friendly, rooms had everything and parking was ample. Next day drove to carpark , had problem with the bit I had printed off internet but found it ok and easy transfer. Wish the UK staff helped on airport buses they way they do in Miami! On coming back easily found bus and car and off we went home. Would use this again as previously always used just off site parking and driven down in the early hours.

Hotel over priced and the beds so hard so we couldn't sleep!!

Premier Inn at Liverpool Airport is great; very comfortable; very close to airport; very helpful staff and good quality food and service. We went early the day before our early morning flight and so spent the best part of the day in Liverpool itself--an added enjoyable part to our holiday. No trouble with parking or retreiving our car either. We will use it again.

We checked in to the Crowne Plaza Manchester Airport on 24/05 on a dinner bed & breakfast deal. The service in the restaurant was poor, we found it hard to find anyone to take our order being told by staff who's attention we attracted that they had to stick to their own 'zones' and that someone else would be along to take our orders. Unfortunately this took an age. We had asked friends who live in Manchester to join us and were embarrassed by the level of service they too were subjected to and the poor standard of the overpriced food.

Part of our deal was to park our car for the two weeks we were away. When we arrived back in the country on 8 June we called for the hotel minibus to collect us. I was advised to report to bus stop D around 80 yards from the terminal building to the right. Upon leaving the building stop D was not visible and it turned out was to the left. The driver was rude to us when we arrived at the bus and was in the middle of an arguement about our wherabouts which he continued during the journey. He recounted the issue with the directions and the response over the radio recounted to us was that we were told to go to the left. How rude!! He then speeded to the hotel building, flying over speed humps and chucked our bags at us. When we tried to complain we were told to wait in the hotel lobby, given it was 6am and we had just come off a 9 hour flight after ten minutes we gave up and asked for our car keys.

Overall the whole experience was a disgrace and we would never stay here again or recommend this hotel to anyone. Please take this feedback on board.

It was a very good hotel - rooms were absolutely lovely. We could only have a short sleep as our flight was early in the morning. But bed was so comfortable we wish we could have stayed longer. The only problem was that reception told us the wrong time of shuttle bus - it didn't arrive as promised. But after some thought they put it right by ordering us a taxi to the airport- free of charge.
Our car was delivered to airport ok - had to wait about 10 minutes, but it was very busy and our flight was late in. All in all wouldn't hesitate to us hotel or this service again

We were very pleasantly surprised by the standard of the hotel, the staff were very welcoming and efficient. The room and facilities were spotless. Our evening meal was good in pleasant surroundings and attentive waiters.
We paid to leave our car at the hotel for two weeks and were impressed with the efficient way it was delivered to us on return at the terminal.
One small criticism, our wet room failed to drain effectively, leaving us with a paddling pool for most of our stay.
The overall impression was so good that we have already booked
for a future stay. Certainly the best airport hotel we have so far encountered.

Service and comfort just what was needed before our flight at such an uncivilised hour.

Excellent overnight stay very comfortable we were well looked after and had a really nice meal in the bar in the evening.Parking was fine,only one problem was waiting for the airport bus which took nearly an hour to arrive,possibly held up in traffic but not good.Otherwise really recommend the hotel

The hotel was no frills but clean and comfortable, the bus driver a real character and the car still had wheels when we returned. All in all not bad for £59

This hotel was excellent and would recommend it to anyone who needs to stay before a flight. We didn't have time to use the facilities but they looked really good. After losing money in the weighing machine because it was not working the manager gave us a lovely cup of coffee while waiting for the taxi to take us to the airport. Excellent value for money.

An excellent hotel, a large room with all the mod cons. Staff very helpful and a taxi included to take us to the airport. Would use it again

NO HITCH'S EVERYBODY FRIENDLY AND POLITE EVERY WENT TO PLAN

the Hotel was the Park Inn which is close to terminal 3. There is a regular bus to and from the terminal at £7 each which made access easy. Parking is done on what is available. I was lucky to get parked right out in front of the hotel but there is some parking behind the hotel that isn't so visible to the staff.
